We came to Asian Bistro on Christmas night, and had a wonderful experience. We only had to wait 5-7 min to be seated. We had the pinnapple fried rice, pork dumplings, sesame fried chicken it was all delicious and flavorful! The pinnapple fried rice came out in a fresh pinnapple shell!

We ordered sesame chicken, scallion pancakes, pineapple fried rice, soup dumplings and pad Thai. The best thing was the scallion pancakes and sesame chicken. The fried rice was a little lacking in flavor and the soup dumplings were too. Everything was clean and good environment.
It was 30 dollars a person for a meal and shared apps.

Amazing food and incredible service! The pork buns were incredible and the soup dumplings are better than before!! We will definitely come back again!! 10/10

This place is a hidden gem.. within a crazy area… Kevin the manager is so accommodating… they have only been open a few weeks. I ordered pork dumplings and pork shao mai and singapore style chicken noodles. Amazing… right across from The Barleys… no dig to them… just wanted something different.. Amazing people and food also over there

Everything about this place is 5/5 stars! The food was amazing, the staff was so welcoming and made sure we were fully accommodated — the bartender even made us his shishito peppers on the house. If I lived in Asheville I’d come here all the time!
