Whoever the new manager is at the booth street location is… they’re rude, pushy and disrespectful to the employees every time I’ve gone through the drive through the last few months. I never had an issue with my orders before, or with the service but this guy needs to go. Twice I’ve been rushed through without getting my full order and had to walk back up, another my drink and food was made incorrectly. Stop worrying about your drive-thru times and start worrying about your employees and order accuracy.

I have to ask them to fix my bill every time I arrive at the window, then hope I get the right food. Often they are rude, i was told once that it would be my “last time” getting a plain biscuit & that those are only for sandwiches. Two stars for speed in the morning -3 because they are out of everything all the time. Whomever orders for this location does not do it properly at least twice a week I’m told “we’re out of it until we get a truck”. Absolute garbage! I come here quite often and get the same thing. This morning, as I was very hungry, the Z team was working and took forever. When my wrap came and I started to eat it I found it had some weird, very spicy sauce on it. That wrap endup going to the seagals. What type of idiot decides, after 5 years, to all of the sudden start adding some weird sauce to a wrap that had never had it before?

Coffee and breakfast sandwich good, even though it wasn’t what was ordered. Found this out when I got to where i was going. What holds Tim Hortons back from a higher rating is the staff and the training they receive or do not receive. Seven employees staffed and only three actually were working. One on drive thru and one on register. And one making sandwiches. The employee on register was taking orders, handling the transaction, pouring the coffee, and getting the breakfast items. Amazing!
