Last Tuesday I got a bagel that looked soft ended up being hard as a rock to where it broke my tooth! I’ve had a hard time getting in touch with this place by phone to speak to a manager I can now barely eat or drink without being in pain! I’m pregnant and this is highly frustrating! They are running a promotion 2 for $4 – Bacon/sausage egg and cheese on a muffin. Awesome deal!! I asked for it without meat.. They said they couldn’t give me the deal and it will be an extra $2. I asked for less and they wanted to charge more. I wouldn’t even have written the review if they weren’t such jerks about it.

Not a bad place but the one girl working counter on Ridge Rd/Langner with the red hair and long finger nails needs a significant attitude adjustment. Every time i step up to order she lazily suanters up to the counter, looks to the side and never says anything…she just stands there looking everywhere but at the customer. Makes me feel extremely unwelcome. Definitely not a job for this girl with her dreadful demeanor.

The service was horrible… Non English speaking people u cannot understand at all! The order was completely wrong and I was given someone else’s order mixed up with mine… Brung it to they attention and the server was very very arrogant.
