I come here quite often when I take my daughter to her appointment down the road. I don’t tend me to make reviews over someone not acknowledging the customer but I just pulled out of the drive through after dealing with an employee who didn’t say a word to me, not the total, not hello, didn’t even acknowledge me as a customer after saying thank you when he gave my card back, when he handed me my coffee and after he handed me our muffin. This man said absolutely nothing. Terrible customer service. When I said thank you before pulling away he gave me a dirty look almost as if he was rolling his eyes and was obviously annoyed. I ordered a large coffee and a muffin. At the speaker I had tried to get a smoothie not realizing they didn’t have them at this location, and then I tried ordering a fruit explosion muffin and was told they only had blueberry and chocolate chip and my daughter said blueberry and then switched it to chocolate chip which I’m assuming is what annoyed this man to have terrible customer service like that in the first place because my 6 year old took 2 seconds to make up her mind. These type of employees ruin it for the whole store and it’s unbelievable as a grown man working in a customer service position that something so insignificant can cause him to be so dismissive.

We got 4 things 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks for nearly $25!! well we didn’t receive the whole order we also couldn’t turn around as we are on the thruway.. Now we are not eating and have a 4 hour drive a head of us! I called they offered to make only the 1 sandwich again in the future can’t even make it right and replace the whole order what’s that to them?!?!? They clearly can care less about their costumers and they are taking time and money from them because they can’t get a simple order right!!

Went through the drive through this afree noon and the service was impeccable. Workers were fast and the Caramel Latte looked and tasted better than at any other Tim’s. Breakfast sandwiches hot and fresh, also.

Shout out to the staff working at this location! Food and drinks are always good and whoever made my iced coffee today between 1:30-2pm, you rock! This is the only Tim Hortons that’s been consistently good.

I came in at 2:15 PM, and they told me they were low on food because they were closing in about an hour. I asked if they at least had a plain bagel, and the staff said yes, then immediately changed their mind and said they had no food left at all because they close in 45 minutes. What’s the point of being open if you’re not serving anything? It was frustrating and honestly felt like they just didn’t want to bother. Really disappointing experience.
