Manager is very rude. Place is dirty with cockroaches crawling and flies on baked goods. The manager is sloppy and dirty and treats customers like garbage. Customer service is horrible and the workers are also rude and ignorant. No please and thank you in this joint.I have also seen them go with the same glove from the register to clean the bathroom and then come back and handle food and lick the spoon after they make sandwiches. Stay away from this place worst the one on ridge in Lackawanna. By far the dirtiest Tim Hortons I’ve ever seen.

I stop at tim hortons usually 2 to 3 times a day for coffee, donuts, wrap etc. and I will usually drive several miles out of my way to go to this store because they always got my order right and they stir the coffee. I ask for my donuts to be put in a box because when they are in a bag the frosting sticks to the bag, no problem. Until recently. I went to your store today and asked for the donuts to be put in a box and the worker told me you don’t do that. Ordered a coffee and it was not stirred, besides she is rude. This was in the AM. Went back this afternoon ordered a coffee and once again coffee was not stirred. If the worker at the window, Kayla, is miserable and doesn’t like/ can’t do her job maybe she needs a new one. This isn’t the first time either. All the other workers at the store 5 stars.

One of the worst locations I have been to. I realize that maybe they were short staffed but the manager looking around, not assisting, no direction. Horrible. Waited 30 minutes for 2 coffees and 10 timbits. Do better or get a better manager.

I have never been to a Tim Hortons that has consistently messed up my order every single time I go. Especially the morning shift. From forgetting hashbrowns to putting the wrong jelly, forgetting entire drinks, you guys need to hire more competent people because these young adults just ain’t cutting it.
