So something was telling me to take this kid off this drink I just bought 30 minutes ago and had it delivered to my job I’m staring it around I start seeing black chunks initially I thought maybe it was unmelted chocolate (I got hot chocolate) bthn I picked it up w the stir stick and it’s a big so sad

Every time I order here they make the exact same drink different and they forgot my cake pop today. I called for a refund after noticing on the way to work and got told I have to turn around and come back for any kind of refund. Which is completely out of the way.

This is the only Starbucks I’ve ever walked into and didn’t get greeted by not one of the 6 people working. Crazy right! I even walked up and said good morning. They all just lowered their heads. Mind blowing right! I’d say do better but these kids they have working in here wouldn’t know what better was.

Waited in a long line for breakfast. When I tried to pay it wouldn’t swipe, tap, or insert. Not a decline, just not reading the card at all. The worker just stared blankly at me like I was wasting her time. No interaction, no trying to rering or effort to make it work. We to a different spot where my card worked just fine. Won’t be back.
