The best part of the visit here was the older gentleman sitting next to the fire place. He was sweet. The food took over 20 minutes to make and it was just 2 egg sandwiches. On top of the the croissant and english muffin wirh sausage were all cold and the cheese never attempted to melt…the eggs were luke warm at best. There were two staff. One working the window and she handled so many orders (all drinks) while the other took the 20 minutes to make our food. The older gentleman and me and my boyfriend were the only ones in the actual dining area…not good at all

Not give no stars came hear for breakfast for my kids before school and ordered 3 everything bagels all toasted with cream cheese and absolutely the tiniest bit of cream cheese literally last to none I mean really every penny counts these days I expect my order to be just what I ordered just as much your employees would expect their paycheck to be correct this is every single Time its disgusting at this point. Customer service is a disgrace and the service is just terrible DO NOT WAIST YOUR HARD EARN MONEY on even a donut from this place this needs to be petitioned to be closed or under new management.

Stopped in around 11:45 AM and the customer service was lacking. The staff wasn’t rude, but there was no greeting when I walked in, and I stood at the counter for about 5–10 minutes before being acknowledged.
That kind of wait, especially with no eye contact or simple “we’ll be right with you,” creates unnecessary tension. A quick acknowledgment goes a long way and makes customers feel seen. Small things like that really do matter.

Everytime I’ve ordered food and drinks via the drive through, they always get something wrong and never give the extra hashbrown. There’s a clear language barrier, which would be fine if the orders were correct. Don’t bother ordering a hasbrown because they’ll charge you and you won’t receive it.

This is the worst Tim Hortons in the area! Food is always made incorrectly and the workers simply do not care – food is always undercooked especially grilled cheese panini! Last one was cold cheese and not toasted bread / what’s a waste of time and money – don’t patronize this place you’ll be disappointed

I ordered a bacon everything bagel with an extra egg I came up to the window they said they didn’t have the everything bagel so I was like yeah that’s fine replace it with a plain bagel I drive all the way home opened up my food and saw a everything bagel with a piece of cheese and a sausage what kind of incompetence runs this location don’t go here go to the one on twin city by the thruway

I came here for a quick breakfast to order what I always get at tim hortons which is a cinnamon raison bagel with cream cheese toasted and a glazed chocolate donuts and after paying thats when they tell me they dont have any of those items. I left very disappointed and would rather have gone to the tim hortons thats on the Niagara Falls Boulevard.

I’d give them 0 stars if that was an option. Literally out of almost anything you want. Service is horrendous, always a long wait, then when you finally get your order it’s either incorrect, room temp or looks like a child made it. Stay away and drive an extra 5 minutes to the next nearest Tim Hortons, this is literally the worst one!
