Love the coffee. Depending on which one you visit. Some workers need retraining. Prices high for the quantity of food you get. Don’t understand how not all stores offer the same things if they are all under Tim Hortons management. Especially flavor shots. Just weird

Last few times, quite a few, been out of multiple items. Chili, now why in the cold weather wouldn’t they make more, always run out. Highly disappointed. Also out of artisan rolls. Can’t make a breakfast sandwich before 3:00, out of that. Ridiculous. This location used to be a good place, no longer true.

Update: today was the absolute WORST customer service ever. The guy snapped at me in the drive thru when I was ordering telling me they carry nothing pumpkin spice anymore. Then when I got to the window and questioned the size of my drink I was verbally attacked by the same employee even though I asked a different one. After the first employee confirmed the size I was like “Ok” and moved on waiting for my food. This was when the employee from the speaker came over preventing the first one from giving me my card so I could leave telling me I was wrong and going on and on. I had moved on and wasn’t questioning it further. I am not sure why or how he felt it was ok to berate a customer who had a question and was not pursuing the fact. There were no customers ahead or behind me. This will severely limit my and my families business to this Tim Hortons. We live nearby and frequently stop but we won’t be anymore. This place has gone down considerably. No stars all around.
So second day this week I have order my bagel with cream cheese. Today I ordered it with extra cream cheese because earlier this week there wasn’t even enough for a quarter of the bagel. This one is with “extra”… Barely enough for 3 quarters AFTER trying to spread it all out …. This is ridiculous. I pay extra and still not enough.

The last few times we’ve gone there they have screwed my drink up. It shouldn’t hard to screw up when all i ask for is an light ice capp with almond milk. Today they put caramel in it. I definitely did not ask for caramel.

Out of a lot of donuts. I ordered the last 9 of the birthday cake tim bits. Then a girl working there came up and took most of them. I told her that I just bought them but she ignored me, ate one herself and gave them to the drive thru person who had already asked if there were any left and my cashier had told her that I bought them. So she brought them back while the girl who took them and ate one gave me a dirty look. So ya, bad service. No one said anything. Not a sorry. Nothing. My cashier gave me the bix of timbits but forgot what else i ordered. He actually looked at my table like he thought i already had it. And the floor and tables were a mess. I wouldn’t recommend.

Breakfast sandwiches are always cold, untoasted, dry, and green rubbery egg. Even if im the only one in line, its still cold and dry and inedible. How do they stay in business with such disregard for quality?!

whoever was working 3/17 around 4pm. needs to be fired. waited in drive thru for 25 mins with 3 cars ahead of me and got my panini w no sauce looking like this. after i waited at the window after paying for 10 minutes. absolutely ridiculous don’t waste your time 🙂

This tim Hortons is the worst and iv been ripped off twice!!!! Iv stop coming here after being charged for an extra large with 3 oat milks and got a large with only milk. Today is the most frustrating! I paid near $6 for a large oat milk ice latte and this is what I got! Where is the COFFEE?????

I wouldn’t be as annoyed if it wasn’t a common thing for them to be very inconsistent with drinks and to make so many errors. First off I ordered a hot peppermint mocha latte. Their featured item. They make a cold iced one and I have them correct it to only receive a half cup of it as if its normal. Secondly I get an ice cap with 1 shot of expresso. This is something my other half orders often and he can always tell when we’re charged for expresso and don’t receive it. This establishment needs to have better quality checks. I have ordered many lattes iced and hot and have had them in every color of brown to white you can think of. If I wanted a cup of milk I would’ve stayed home.
