The young lady making the orders for in store mobile pick up is rushing through every order. Every time I walk in and she is making my order it’s completely rushed. I ordered a brown sugar oat milk shaken expresso and it was filled with ice from the bottom to the top of the cup. I asked for it to be redone with less ice and after I got my drink and was in my car the drink was 75% mile and 20% coffee. Over the past 2 weeks, every time I placed an order I had to ask for it to be redone. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE WEEKDAYS UNTIL ATLEAST 3pm. She will make you hate Starbucks

The person who took my order was upset that I didn’t know what I wanted immediately and gave me the wrong order. I asked for light ice and basically only got a cup of ice. I didn’t notice until I was driving away. When I was ordering, I was polite and took under a minute to give my order. But the sheer impatience and attitude over the speaker was off-putting to say the least. Employees should be kind to customers – more like people should be kind to people in general because you don’t know what someone is going through. I’ve been crying for 3 days in the hospital and been having issues at home so things have been hard for me lately. There’s really no reason to be upset if it takes me an extra 40 seconds to give my order especially since there was no one behind me… and to purposefully serve the wrong drink to show your annoyance. I didn’t make a fuss at all but I decided to make a review in hopes that person sees this and reflects on their behavior. And to anyone else reading this – be kind, you don’t know what someone is going through… sometimes even the littlest things can make a difference- positive or negative.

Nice Starbucks. Clean as airy inside, plenty of great seating —tables and conversation areas, and typical Starbucks drink and food selections. Easy on/off drive-through, and polite and friendly workers. Tons of parking lot parking.

We were passing through on our way back to NJ and decided to stop here. They made our drinks quickly even though they were busy. When my daughters drink didn’t come out right a nice barista David offered to remake it and it turned out perfectly. I got a hot oat milk latte and it tasted “burnt”. Why i only have 4 stars. They are new – maybe still learning here.

Most inefficient Starbucks I’ve been to. Yesterday they were out of cold; however, thankfully had a decent substitute salted caramel latte. Today they were out of heavy whipping cream. So I ordered a latte again. What I got was milk with a hint of coffee. Who ever worked yesterday thank you!, but please help share your knowledge with today’s crew.
