This Starbucks is conveniently located right off Annapolis Road, making it an easy stop whether you’re on the go or looking to sit and relax. The drive-through is a huge plus—you can grab your drink or food order without ever leaving your car.
Inside, there’s a cozy sit-down area with colorful décor that gives the place a welcoming vibe. There’s also an outdoor patio with umbrellas, which is perfect if you want to sit outside and get some work done or just enjoy your coffee.
The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and quick with getting orders out. I’ve only been here a few times, but they’ve gotten my order right every single visit, which I definitely appreciate.

I love the iced coffees here, I usually always go to another location but this time I decided to stop here since I wanted my coffee after work. I’ve noticed the customer service is not interesting, the girl at the drive thru is very rude. I ordered the Ice Horchata Oatmilk drink and it was not what I wanted, it looked more like an iced coffee with old milk, which you can see in the glass. I realized when I tried it, it made me sick to my stomach, so be careful, these people don’t care about their customers, much less if things are going well.

This Starbucks does not give Starbucks friendly energy. It is always hit or miss with this location on making my drink correct. This is the second time that I was missing an ingredient that I asked and paid for. On top of that today when they were not busy no line inside or outside, everybody is standing around like it’s a staff meeting, I get to the window and ask to add a cinnamon pull apart and they tell me I have to go back around and I’m just like for what it’s nobody in like! I just left and will not go back. I like my coffee with good customer service!

I was immediately drawn to the impressive mural artwork on the walls, as well as the floor-to-ceiling windows that flooded the space with natural light. Intrigued by the surroundings, I decided to order a pastry and engage in a pleasant conversation with my boyfriend until we eventually left. During our time there, I noticed a mother teaching her child and two women working, which made it evident that the establishment is a suitable and peaceful spot for productivity. Additionally, there is ample outdoor seating available for those who prefer to enjoy their drinks in the fresh air.

I had an outstanding experience at the Starbucks on 6300 Annapolis Road, and I want to give a special shoutout to Yogi, the barista who prepared my order with remarkable attention to detail and care.
When I arrived, the store wasn’t particularly busy, and Yogi greeted me with a genuine smile that immediately brightened my day. His smile was warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable and appreciated as a customer right from the start. It’s small gestures like this that can make all the difference in a customer’s experience.
I had placed a mobile order consisting of three items: a Trenta Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, an Impossible Sausage Sandwich, and a Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin. Yogi crafted each item to perfection. The Trenta Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew was fantastic – the cold brew was rich and smooth, and the pumpkin cream had the ideal balance of sweetness and spice, making the drink truly enjoyable. The drink was filled just right, with the perfect amount of ice, and topped with a frothy pumpkin cream layer, reflecting Yogi’s attention to every detail.
The Impossible Sausage Sandwich was warmed perfectly, just as I requested. It was served hot and fresh, with the plant-based sausage having a juicy texture, and the bread was soft and warm. Yogi clearly took the time to ensure the sandwich was prepared just right, which I truly appreciated.

Not the best but will do. Drinks could be better, sometimes taste watered down or not cold enough (my iced drinks) Food is good if they can stop burning it. No issues with customer service yet and hopefully never.

This is probably the 4th time I get a cup like this from this location I just went in there and asked for a white chocolate mocha with soy and whipped cream. Apparently when you ask for whipped cream that’s their chance to cheat you on the amount. The other cup is my gf’s cup with no whipped cream. For $7 we should get a full cup and it’s always in the evening times that the staff does this type act. Very disappointed as a loyal customer.
