Staff is usually busy talking with their coworkers, it’s like you’re interrupting them. Every time I get a soft drink, it’s FILLED with ice so I get about 5 sips which is not an exaggeration. Skip this one and go to the one up the road across from Tops plaza for pleasant service & better food/drinks.

This location is so hit or miss. I usually do drive thru and it’s mostly okay, but whenever I go inside to order it takes forever, despite a minimum of 5-6 people working. However, my main gripe is that at least one employee here thinks that a latte is a cup of flavored milk. Several occasions where there’s just no coffee in it at all….gross.

Worst Tim Hortons in the area. 50% of the time, the person taking orders at the drive thru cuts you off mid order and you have to finish saying what you want at the window, and even then, face to face, they get your order wrong. The grilled farmers breakfast wrap was a mess. Nobody there knows how to fold a wrap. I also asked for extra chipotle and didn’t get any chipotle AT ALL!

When i go to tim hortens every week i order a hot chocolate, Normally when i order this they put whip cream on it when i never say to put whip cream on it, Personally i see this as a health hazard because if someone was allergic to eggs and they got a coffee or a hot chocolate with whip cream on it tim hortens could get sued and the person could have a allergic reaction. overall the drink was good because i took the whip cream off.

This place somehow ended up being the default for my doordash, and i have had so many issues with their orders it’s not even funny. from absolutely scamming me out of donuts, and sending me donut holes, to hard in my food, to poorly packaged items spilled all over in my bag, this location is absolutely horrible in every way with their customer service.

Worst tim hortons I’ve ever been to.. Messed up my order two time times now, and for there one shift of afternoon staff is a complete joke. I ordered and steak and cheddar panini the one time and the cashier completely forgot about after I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes. I do not recommend this location

I used to hate the eggs that were used in the breakfast and then they came out with the loaded breakfast wrap with scrambled eggs. I was so happy and have been ordering that since. I came to this tim Hortons today and ordered the loaded wrap (as I normally say it) and wanted extra chipotle sauce but the worker argued with me a little saying that’s the farmers wrap that has the sauce. I said whatever and just asked if I could have sauce added. Got home to eat my breakfast after a long night of bartending and having to get up early to discover I had a farmers wrap instead. I don’t usually post or anything but this tim Hortons always messes something up for me and it’s always disappointing and upsetting.

Multiple times I’ve bought a iced coffee from here and it tastes sour. Tried telling the staff and they just deny it. Unfortunate because theyre the closest tims to me, but will be going out of my way to a different location now.

I ordered about a week ago went through the drive through even said my order slow so they couldn’t mess it up and of course it was messed up. I asked for no cheese three time on my sandwich and it was just cheese and egg the exact opposite of what I said and my boyfriend gets his and everything is almost raw. I explained this to the manager no apology just told me to come back for a refund and a week later I have not received it don’t waste your time or money here. All the employees are rude and will kick you out for no reason
