Tim Hortons has always had great coffee but this location messes up a lot and when they mess up they refuse to serve you anymore we have all the proof and such to prove that we are not just being picky but the harassment and discrimination from this store because they can not get it right consumer beware. If the owner of the restaurant wants to know all that happened I’d love to fill them in

My boyfriend walked to this Tim hortons today 12/7 , about a 10 minute walk and ordered a large drink , breakfast sandwich and a donut . He then sat down and used the WiFi on his gaming device to check some baseball scores on his app. He sat for not even a half hour (after eating) and suddenly the WiFi turned off . After restarting it a few times he looked at his his phone and saw the WiFi was turned off completely. He had been ignored the whispering and glares from the workers and realized THEY shut off the WiFi to make him leave. The catty front counter guy rudely sayed have a good dayyy after leaving . My comment is why ? Isn’t the area for customers ? It’s not like he’s a bum who was loitering he’s an actual paying customer ! Maybe they didn’t like the way he was dressed or that his manners weren’t as forced friendly , he said please and thank you he didn’t talk rude , so why the hostility? I’m now going out of my way to another location daily from now on . Totally rude and insulting

I ordered a new scrambled egg croissant sandwich and much to my surprise when I got home, it was a sausage and egg on a biscuit!! I wasn’t happy about that at all. The rest of my order was correct, just not the main item. I tried calling the store to tell them but constant busy signal. Perhaps they were getting too many calls regarding wrong orders!!

I love Timmy’s. I really wanted a Bills coffee cup wrap. I know its silly… they didn’t have any. I also ordered a honey dip donut and got a vanilla iced with sprinkles. I bought if for my son at home. He will eat it its just not what I ordered. Breakfast sandwich and coffee was great! GO BILLS. ❤️
