Most of my chai drink was foam. There is even less drink than what is in the picture i took. Matcha was the only good thing about this place. Workers just sounded sassy and barely said anything. Didnt seem like they took their job seriously (as kids usually dont sadly). Barely anything to this store, only 3 places to sit. Floor was dirty and gross. Never coming here again

I wanted to try Tim Hortons because a lot of my NY clients speak highly of it. Found one not to far from the hotel I was staying at in Niagara and stopped in. The location was tiny barely enough room for 3 people to stand in line. I came in about 9am on a Sunday morning and waited about 10 with two people in front of me. Of course I wanted to try the donuts because that’s all the fuss I’ve heard about. I got the 20 of mini donuts for $5.99, an avocado toast, has brown and a side of bacon. The only thing that was tasty were the donuts unfortunately. The avocado toast was barely toasted and the avocado was completely mush with very little everything bagel seasoning. The hash brown wasn’t warmed through at all and the side of bacon was completely cold. Sad to say that what I was looking so forward too turned out to be a miss

Excellent service!! I’ve seen a loyal customer for many years and always look for a tims when I’m on the road! I love the food and the atmosphere and now with my girlfriend working here too she’s taken very well care of and loves her job which hearing all the good things she has to say every day makes me love this place even more thank you all for your excellence and warm food and smiles God bless you all for your hard work that unfortunately but truely does not get enough thanks! I work at Tim Hortons in Tonawanda, I came through because I decided I was hungry on my way home. I got a bagel and only a bagel. Waited at the window for 3 minutes. I asked for it double toasted with triple butter because everytime I ask for double butter there’s nothing ever on it. This time it’s barely toasted, barely any butter. This is what I got. Do better:

I have tried their coffee twice, not really a fan. The donuts were ok just not a fave. The workers in this place were awesome and worked hard for their customers. Alot of this isn’t the franchise’s fault and is just our taste buds. Sorry.
