They are known for turkey but have lots of cold cuts and small line of groceries. On our last trip we got some terrific smoked pork chops. Seem to do a good lunch carryout. Staffed well with friendly and helpful people.

I haven’t been in Bowman & Landes for at least 10 yrs. A lot has changed, and for the better. They have an array of interesting items. As well as an endless surplus of fresh Deli meats, cheeses, canned goods, frozen items, bulk meat buldles, beef, pork, and of course, poultry, and so much more. Everyone was so kind and helpful. While browsing and loading my shopping cart full of decadent goodies, I had wonderful memories of my beloved mother and I stopping in the store for special outings.

Stumbled across this meat store while at Charleston Preserve while in the Dayton area. They are a turkey farm from what I got out of it. So, a wide, wide selection of turkey products. I seen a raspberry chipotle turkey breast I couldn’t pass up. It was pricey, but had to try at least a half pound, because I’ve never seen it anywhere else before. Friendly staff members. Will stop again whenever in the area.

Been there today for the first time – but certainly not the last time (even with a 45 to 50 minutes drive)! We got there to buy turkey legs but also ended up with a lot of cheese. The variety of cheese is great. Very friendly staff. We had samples of many different cheeses and ended up buying everything we got a sample of (OK.. we love cheese.. nothing better than fresh baked bread, cheese and a glass of red wine…)

Great place to get any kind of meat and cheese you’d normally get at the grocery store, but way more fresh. Been there only once, but won’t be buying beef from anywhere else any time soon, for any reason! The freshness and taste difference between this and what you buy at places like Kroger is palpable.
