Place is absolutely disgusting and has unacceptable service time when it comes to customer services. Had to wait in a 0 person line 5 minutes with 4 workers not coming over to take my order. Then FINNALY when they took my order it took forever to get my simple bagel and then after looking through the bagel. Seems like some nasty old lettuce is on it!! And to also add there were 4 workers all on floor with not another single customer in there and all the tables had crumbs and garbage on them! Absolutely disgusting!!!!

Not only was the actual facility dirty and disgusting, I watched 4 workers goof off and not take my order for about 5 minites. Finally took my order and then goof off more and wait to make my bagel for another 5 minutes. Not to mention they give me clumps of gooey ripped Tim Bits and have gross rotten lettuce on the bagel. Nothing clean and nothing what we actually asked for. What an atrocious place to go to.

This has to be one of the worst Tims around. My drive through order is usually wrong, like today when they gave me sausage instead of bacon. They are always out of things and some of the workers are straight up miserable. Save your time and money and go to a different location!

The EA Tim Hortons is by far the worst in the area. Bagels never toasted, butter disgustingly slopped on. Not to mention slow as hell. I had a bagel remade twice, and it was almost worse the second time. Nothing even close to an apology. She actually acted like I was inconveniencing her. Workers can’t even pretend to care here. The worst part is its been this way for years so management clearly doesn’t care. Done with this place.

I didn’t eat but the coffee was very good. I know now why there are insane lines of cars in the drive thru lane mornings and afternoons around lunch. I go there rarely. My friend ate a BLT and he said it was very good. They just redid the entire inside. Atmosphere is bright and comfy. The place was very clean.

Multiple instances where I ordered bacon only wraps and I got double sausage and no bacon. Other than that, the line moves quickly and most of the time the workers are polite. The lady this morning was a little rude and hard of hearing it seems.

Awful every single time. On multiple occasions, I have gotten sausage instead of bacon. The coffee is luke warm, and tastes like watered down coffee. They are rude, and act as if you are an inconvenience. Stay away.
