I visit twice per week, I simply walk over. Jen and her crew do a great job as they service both a drive thru window and front counter. Unique location, connected to a gas station and conveniently located near the I-90 Thruway.

On Oct 27th, around 11:20am, I went through the drive thru, who was hard to understand, I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and coffee. Both breakfast sandwiches had egg on them and the eggs were green! It was gross! I was headed out of town so I didn’t realize it until I bit into one, then tried the other one, that egg was green! I’m not sure why, but it turned me off and I thought I would get sick. I was not happy. I spend a lot of money at any Tim Hortons, anywhere I go, so if I could get a credit or gift card, I’d appreciate it.

I must have been the invisible man. Of the 3 people working I was at the counter and wasn’t even acknowledged. One employee walked past me 4 times looked at me but said nothing. The other two one I guess was the “cook” the other working the window. Never responded when I said “hello” I’ve never been ignored like that in any where before. I won’t be returning there again. I hope the franchisee is reading this. The “crew” could have had clean uniforms and have a little pride in their appearance. After 5 minutes of being the only person at the counter I left totally dissatisfied

Was here a few days ago and it was wonderful. Came back ordered the same items and it was awful. Sandwich was a luke warm egg, cold cheese, and an un-toated dry bun. The coffee wasn’t even the same ordered the gingerbread chai latte at tastes like an old cup of coffee with no flavor no sweetness was even bitter. They also gave us two coffees two donuts and a breakfast sandwich and not one napkin. We sat in the drivethru waiting for someone to come back by so we can ask for a napkin. Terrible. What a difference a couple days makes. Threw it all in the garbage.

Don’t order ahead, it won’t be ready. You will not be acknowledged, assume wait times of 15 minutes, even if your food is ready waiting on the counter. They’ll apologize in a comment but won’t fix it. Typical corporate bullshit and lies. Hire them some help!
