In the hotel bar tired from a flight I decided to not leave and just order food. Cesar salad (never a fan of a salad I have to chop up myself), flatbread pizza, spicy garlic wings, and surf and turf later the food shockingly wasn’t bad. The chicken wings packed a punch of heat! The pizza cheese was extremely strong. The shrimp were lackluster but the steak was good. The servers had great energy and were delightful except everything was extremely slow service wise (food, water, bills all took extremely long for a quiet night). Not the worse not the best but shockingly impressive for a hotel dinner.

Pretty standard hotel restaurant. Decent menu with high prices. Service was fine/prompt. Sat at the bar and the bartender kept to himself. Music was good except there were commercials that threw off the vibe. Burger with Asiago cheese was one of the better hotel restaurant burgers I’ve had. I’m sure there are better options for your money around but if you don’t want to leave the hotel then it won’t disappoint.

Our server didn’t seem to know much about the menu. It took about 25 minutes to get a glass of wine, and about a half hour for the food. I had a pasta dish, which was good. But, my wife ordered the Chicken Masala, which was terrible. The portion was very skimpy for a $32 entrepreneur, and the chicken was dry and rubbery. This place is definitely not worth the price point.

Finally tried Bar Cicchetti and was not disappointed. The location was inside the beautiful Westin Hotel in downtown Columbus. Ordered a cocktail, the Italian sausage pizza, the squid ink pasta, the Brussels sprouts appetizer and the Tiramisu dessert. Everything was great. But if you are into seafood, then I highly recommend the squid ink pasta! Will definitely come back for it!

This place has got great potential, but needs some work. It was our first time at the restaurant, where we were greeted immediately and told we could “sit anywhere”. It would have been helpful to know the distinction between their main dining area and bar, the latter where we ended up sitting. They seemed short-staffed, the bartender covering drinks for the entire place AND waiting bar tables. It took a while to be acknowledged and our food order was taken before our drink order. The crostini appetizer was horrible – soggy bread with what tasted like cream cheese, no char on the grapes nor honey, as the menu indicated they were prepared. The steak was great, servers were nice, atmosphere is extremely minimalist and boring.

We had such a wonderful evening out and Bar Cicchetti made for a perfect Friday night spot. Excellent service and delicious food! Kudos to our server Matthew.
Recommend the Rosemary and Olive Focaccia appetizer, Strozzapreti Verde pasta, and any of the desserts.

Well, We’ve been waiting for an hour and have no food. The server is utterly incompetent and didn’t even know how to pour glasses of wine. We have a show to watch in the theater in 32 minutes and I don’t think that the restaurant is gonna be able to handle the situation Interesting, because it’s an expensive menu and very expensive cocktails.
They didn’t have the two items I wanted on the menu, including chicken marsala.
Really best to avoid this restaurant, because they don’t know what they’re doing.

It’s a shame the service was subpar because the food was actually quite good. Unfortunately we were served the wrong items or missing items for each course including drinks. Quite a bit overpriced for the experience. Staff was very nice but between the incorrect items and very slow service, I will probably not be back.

This luxury Italian restaurant’s entrance is inside the hotel. I came here several times. Their menu has not many items and the price is high. Their pizza is awesome and cheaper than other entrees. Pastas are expensive. I have tried two kinds of pasta. The pasta tastes distinctive and flavorful with decent ingredients, but I will not like the taste too much. The pasta size is not large. Service is always friendly. WiFi is fast.
