TLDR: Consistently inconsistent; waited 12 minutes for them to make my coffee wrong.
I’ve always been a big fan of Tim Hortons, but this location takes the cake. (Or just ran out of it) If they’re not busy and you go through the drive through, it’s usually great.
However, today I waited 10 minutes to order and two more minutes to get my order of a single coffee. I was going to order food, but they clearly would’ve taken another 15 minutes of my time to make it. And to top it all off my coffee was not made correctly.
This is not the first time that this has happened at this location, i’m not the kind of person who likes to talk negatively about local businesses, however, the management of this place is terrible. Why do I say management? Because there are some people who work there who do their job very well. And there are some people (not trainees) who are clearly too incompetent to make a cup of coffee.
Timmy’s is supposed to be a great way to start your day, instead I just paid $3 to waste my time.

I want to give this place a high rating, I’ve never had any problems with the lunch menu when it comes to product availability. However, there’s been multiple times where I’ve tried to order a promotional breakfast item and I always get told they can’t make it. For example, months ago I tried ordering the scrambled egg breakfast wrap twice and both times I get told “we don’t have any scrambled eggs made”. Today I tried ordering the sausage egg white breakfast wrap and was told “we haven’t made any egg whites”. I don’t want to be rude to the employees here, but honestly what’s the point of promoting these limited time items if you can never make them. I know they’re just following what corporate tells them to do, but it’s honestly frustrating. Other than that, I haven’t experienced any problems with food quality. Just wish they could make the stuff that I want to try.

First 11:30 am Saturday September 27th went into the store! Because as usual the drive-thru was completely out of hand! I was waited on the tall gentleman with the beard who was very pleasant! Asked for my senior discount carried on waiting, next customer asked for the discount was told we dont give those here very snarky by the woman with dark colored hair. Next went to get my food 2 bagels, not a large order! One with cream cheese, one double toasted. I checked the double toasted one yep you guessed it toasted once. So I ask can this be toasted again very rude cook oh no I can’t take it bake I said I didn’t touch or leave I’m right here sorry can’t help you unless I throw it away! Really waste food! Tim Hortons get a better handle on this store retraining on customer service and if people hate there jobs this much that they are miserable get rid of the!

I keep trying to give our Tim Hortons decent tries but in the last few years all the Batavia establishments have gone downhill or something. I order extra cream cheese for bagels and not only does the bagel not get cut properly, but the amount of cream cheese isn’t even considered a normal slopping of cream cheese in my house. Plus, why is there onion on my plain, lack of cream cheese bagel? Sad.

This location in particular is terrible. If you order from this one, you got yourself a good 80 percent chance your food will be wrong. I’ve ordered off the app to pick here and if you order something that they dont have, they won’t tell you. You have to figure it out when you get home. Not sure why they wouldn’t give you a heads up, but you just won’t get the food, and they won’t refund unless you ask. How many times do they do that a day, and where’s the money go?

Finally made it in to a Tim’s ( Truck parked nearby lol) They were very nice and I loved the menu well priced with variety even for a breakfast place Tonya was great! She fixed up two perfectly flavored coffees.

My pop tasted like bananas…? Not sure if the cup was near a banana or what. Our breakfast sandwiches also looked suspicious, the eggs were weird looking. Also wished we could’ve gone in but dining room didn’t open until 7. It was 6 something. And cost 50 cents for two tap waters? Buffalo Tim Hortons don’t charge for tap waters so not sure what that’s about.
