If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! I’ve been there 2 times now and both have been worse than awful! The first time I waited over 35 minutes for a regular hot coffee with cream. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they were short staffed and went back a second time. The second time I had my family with me and they messed up everyone’s order (no one had any deviations from the menu!) AND did not give us all that we ordered. The photo is my hot coffee…….. terrible!!!!!!!

The workers were courteous and timely. They made our croissant breakfast sandwiches fresh and fast! The timbits were delicious but we really recommend the croissant breakfast sandwich and their iced caps. I preferred the classic iced Capp over the Oreo iced cap. But what we really admired was the atmosphere. The inside was very well decorated: the tables, the tablecloths, the flower arrangement and the adorable duck with boots on top of the donut showcase. Great stop on our way to Montreal Canada, and if you’re hungry stop in here and we hope you also get the clean and well decorated interior.

There are many seven eleven’s in this town but this one most definitely has the A Team! No matter who is working. This is very important as they must have a great management team. Jay worked on my deli order today and he had just done about 5 behind my order and just kept the same smile and enthusiasm to help the next customer. Great work! I’ve noticed this consistently with everyone who works there over the years.

I would give 0 stars if I could I’ve never heard of a fast food place saying you can’t order at a window if you have more then 2 people in your car . I have 2 young kids with me , it’s icy and snowing out I don’t want to take them out of the car to run into a gas station to get some Tim’s hortons.

I ordered a panini and received a grilled cheese. The sandwich was clearly not made in a panini press as it was buttered and fried in a pan. It was also done on regular Italian sandwich bread. Was not expecting to receive a grilled cheese with chicken tossed in when ordering a panini. I also ordered a seasonal late and it was only half full and the other half was filled with foam. Very disappointed.

I always look forward to grabbing Tim’s, when I’m in town. This Tim Hortons is the worst, Every time I’m here they mess up something. today I ordered a refresher with coconut milk, I was given the wrong size and made with lemonade, ordered a farmers breakfast wrap MEAL, Received a wrap with ONLY bacon and egg in it and nothing else. My mother ordered a sausage snack wrap and was given bacon… we also ordered Tim bits to share with our dog; in which we said and asked for no chocolate only to receive a 10 pack with SIX chocolate..

I went through the drive thru. They are super busy, and I had to wait for a few minutes, but the employees are friendly and nice, and the food was awesome. It’s a great Tim Hortons location.
