Food came out fast and hot. Food was good, fries were a bit over done than I’m use to eating but weren’t bad. Cute and cozy little out of the way Cafe with some cute rustic decor. Restroom was relatively clean with cute decor and had a space heater pointing to toilet to keep it extra warm.

Fun hole in the wall place! I didn’t know this was here until a local showed me. I can see why it’s a local favorite. They smoke their own meat, and it smells amazing! They serve breakfast all day as well. Everything we had was amazing. It was a busy lunch hour but we had quick service. Can’t wait to go back!

This is my favorite BBQ restaurant in the entire area. Locally owned and operated, this place is ALWAYS busy! I have not ever seen any advertisement for it, and it is quite out-of-the-way. From rack of beef ribs to pulled pork sandwiches, if you like good BBQ, this is where it’s at. Good food, friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere… you can’t go wrong!!

Staff was short handed today. Place was packed, but that didn’t stop the excellent food and the great service. Server kept coffee and drinks topped off well. There were 6 of us with the American Legion riders out of Ottumwa… we highly recommend this place.

I miss these types of small town restaurants. They always have the best food! Delicious biscuits and gravy like my gramma made. Best breakfast burrito i ever ate! Amanda was the server, she’s so personable, makes you feel comfortable like you’re a regular even if its your first time there. Everyone probably knew eachother, it was packed on a Saturday at 11am. I know why, great service, great food, hometown community vibe.
Recommend the biscuits and gravy and the breakfast burrito.

Food came out fast and was incredibly affordable especially by 2022 standards. Most plates are between $5-$10 and come with buttered toast and jelly. Hashbrowns are not included and cost extra which is just the way it should be.
There’s a surprising amount of seating at Fort Worth considering the size of the building. There is bar seating, booths, tables, and they can even accommodate larger parties.

Very nice and servant minded staff. The person joining me was 45 min late. The ladies kept my coffee cup full and never rushed me even though being a busy Saturday Morning. that table should have turned over 3 times in the amount of time we occupied it.
