I have been coming here almost every day for nearly 2 years now. I usually have great experiences with the regular employees, however there is one very young girl who recently started working here. She is always rude, but today’s visit topped them all. It was around 11:30 on a Sunday. I ordered my usual, a hot latte with oatmilk (I always get oatmilk) and a donut. The girl rolled her eyes when I asked her for help with a coupon, but I dimissed it. The girl made my order, then handed it to me in a disgruntled manner and turned around to keep mopping the floor. I asked her if she used oat milk, just to confirm, since I cannot eat dairy. She shook her head and told me that I hadn’t said I wanted oatmilk. I know for a fact that I did, since I always do, and that she simply wasn’t paying attention. I told her I could not ingest dairy, and that the order was wrong. She then proceeded to tell me that oatmilk is an extra charge, turned around, and kept mopping the floor. Tim’s stopped charging extra for oatmilk, at least through the app, so I knew this wasn’t true. She simply did not feel like remaking my order. I said it again, she ROLLED HER EYES, and begrudgingly remade the correct order. She did not even apologize. After I left, I realized she had given me the wrong donut too! I had to turn back to get the right one, 2 hours later, because she had already made me late for work. Not to mention the latte she made me tasted very burnt. This little girl needs to drop the attitude, learn how to apologize when she makes a mistake, and quit rolling her eyes at friendly customers. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and uncalled for in a customer service environment. If she does not like her job, tell her to find a new one. Such a nasty attitude for no reason.

I prefer Tim Hortons to Dunkin and this location is no exception. Though I prefer the Seaford location which has a drive thru or a stand alone location that are found throughout Canada, it is nice to have nonetheless. Doughnuts are fresh and the coffee is smooth. Grab a medium double double and a honey crueller … thank me later

I usually do my best to leave the best reviews I can, but in this case the visit wasn’t great and the food was disappointing.
The cashier did not give me my receipt and I now I understand why my receipt was crumpled.
The bagel that I got had signs of mold on it , it was also hard and tasted funky.
If I was given my receipt I would reach out differently but in this case I am left no choice but to leave a Google review.
I hope they fix their food quality issues sooner rather than later.
For the price I paid for the food I’m disappointed and dissatisfied.
All in all I will not be returning to tim Hortons as this experience left a bad taste in my mouth no pun intended.

I tried every Tim Hortons location! The manager have to step up and explain to the staff how to make coffee and not serve it while it’s coming down! So the first client will get the best and strongest cup and the rest will get hot water instead!!

I was very hesitant at first because you know…it’s a gas station! My boyfriend checked it out first and he knew it would be up my alley. Well, he was right!
Inside is very clean, and they always look busy behind the counter (making orders and changing out coffee). The gas is cheap too, so I know when I’m low, it’s a Tim Horton morning!
The coffee is fresh, their pumpkin latte in the fall is DELICIOUS!!!! My go to breakfast is the sausage egg and cheese on a biscuit (fluffy, flaky, and yummy! ). Their donuts are good as well, little commercial obviously. My opinion is that the donuts are a same day kind of thing…you can’t buy a box and wait a day or so, they get hard fast (the only reason for a star deduction).

Get the app! You will earn points for all your orders, plus, you can pre-order for a scheduled pickup (immediately or an hour from now, your choice!)

Shows 11pm close time, they closed at 8:43pm. Mr. Harry definitely needs to look into this matter or update his timing schedule for open/close. The girl working there had a nasty attitude and did not want to hear it.
