Stopped by the Tim Hortons located inside the Shell on Elmont, and it was exactly what you want when you’re on the go. The coffee was hot and flavorful, the baked goods were fresh, and the staff moved quickly even though it was a busy moment. It felt clean, easy to navigate, and a nice little break in the middle of errands or a long drive.

This Tim Hortons, located within the Bola gas station, is a delightful spot. The place is clean, and the staff are friendly. I love Tim Hortons, and this is one of the few locations in New York, so I make sure to visit whenever I’m in town.

I am not writing this review to tell you what to do with your hard-earned money. I am going to share my thoughts and you make your own decision if you would like to try this place or not. I love the flavor of their coffee and latte. I had an egg muffin and a grilled cheese sandwich and both taste good. Moreover, their donuts and munchkins are baked in house. Always taste fresh and much better than DD. The story is always clean the staff is friendly. Specially the manager Ruchika is always on point.

One of the staff members, Kritika, was using her phone while on duty instead of serving customers. Absolutely no work ethic or professionalism. It’s frustrating to see employees behaving this way when others are waiting for service. Management should really pay attention to what’s happening here — customers deserve better service than this kind of careless attitude. I don’t know why these managers are not doing anything of them posting on social media publicly. Come on guys have some work ethics

I just ordered through the ubereats app from this location. I ordered an avocado toast….as you can see the toast was ruined because someone put sprinkles on it… not only was food wasted but my money as well…. I don’t understand the point of running someone’s food like that. It was also cold and not toasted. And for some reason I was sent a bacon sandwich, which was not ordered. I did not order and sandwich so the point of sending to to me, I’m not sure. Not sure if the workers could see my name and this was racially motivated…because I am Muslim and we don’t eat pork. Possibly because of the current world affairs, whatever the reason this was not okay and you guys have lost a customer. Hope it was worth it.

The bathroom is horrible at 8am in the morning. The bathroom smelled the faucet was broke the walls were dirty no hand towels. The toilet is black so I could only imagine what I can’t see.

The manager Ruchika is always on the phonecall yelling in another language. She never wear a hat and hair always lose. I went in and saw a cockroach on the walls. The staff there sucks. The food is never cooked properly. Overall it was a terrible experience.
