Dinner with family out was very nice! I enjoyed my stuffed banana peppers with sausage and red sauce were delicious. The halibut was a little dry, the chicken marsala was flavorful but way too much.

Crab bisque was wonderful, like before. Large Caesar salad was large and extremely tasty. Husband liked the white Anchovies a lot. Espresso martini was good.
Entries – shells with spicy sausage and pumpkin sauce: We love spice but so spicy you wouldn’t know there was a pumpkin sauce. No pumpkin flavor, unless hidden by spice.
Ahi tuna special: way over cooked, slices cut too fat. There were thick white edges around every piece (too done). The spaghetti like pasta was not al dente. There was no mention of capers and olives being in the sauce, Both made it entirely too salty. Could not finish my dish. Bummer

The Chicken Marsala was absolutely amazing! Big portions made me excited for left overs the next day. Huge wine list and husband loved the expresso martini. Wasn’t a fan of the chicken stuffed ravioli as the red sauce was off but agreed the Marsala was the way to go. Adorable outside patio with twinkle lights created a romantic date night. Bummer it’s on such a busy street because the noise was very distracting but nonetheless, a great dinner date night spot.

Nice trendy atmosphere, food is delectable, service attentive. I had the appetizer Mozzarella Corozza, hand breaded mozzarella with sauce and it was savory in the way it stimulated your appetite. From the Griglia I choose the Filet Fiorentina, cooked perfect medium rare with a lively seasoning, accompanied with mashed potatoes and broccoli. I had not tried the Chop House Griglia entrees before – highly recommended. The Signature pasta dishes and Classic favorites are traditional Italian comfort food. Peppinos always has a specials board too which adds a variety to the menu that one appreciates. Always a great experience!

This place has such amazing food. My husband and I have been here multiple times and are never disappointed. It’s a little pricer than some of the other local Italian places in Erie but I really think you get your money’s worth in the atmosphere and the delicious food. The service is also stupendous!

We enjoyed a lovely dinner. The appetizer of mozzarella was delicious. I enjoyed cheese ravioli and meatballs. It had a wonderful flavor and the sauce was perfect. The bread and dipping oil was a nice addition as well.

We took our son out for his 34th birthday. Peppinos was one of his favorite restaurants. There were 6 people in our party. We bought 2 appetizers, one glass of wine, and 6 dinners. My daughter and I ordered the salad with Salmon on top. There was balsamic glaze on the salad and not on the salmon and it was somewhat dry so we adked for a bit more glaze. He brought us out each 1 tablespoon. Aftrr we ate, we had brought a 2 person serving of tiramisu. I brought our own plates and forks. The waiter asked me if I needed anything for the dessert. I said “no thank you.. I br ought plates.” He returned sheepishly stating that management said no outside food is allowed to be brought in. He said he had to charge a “cut charge” for all 6 people. My husband asked if it was stated on the menu or website of this policy. The waiter said he didn’t know this was a policy. Upon reviewing our bill, we were charged $18 dollars for the cut charge, $4.00 for the extra balsamic glaze. There was a 3% charge using the credit card. Our $284 bill was now over $300+ before tip. We tipped him well because management should of confronted us and not this poor young waiter. It put a damper on what was supposed to be a festive occasion. We will never return and we are spreading the word.

So its real hard to get 4stars from me… but they were so almost perfect with our meal… its worth it the food was very good none of our steaks were temped right but the taste made up for the temp alittle to done for all of us the scallops very very fishy my mom did not enjoy them at all… our server very nice we will go again… BTW yummy were the calamari AND the sausage app

Good food, good service but very pricey. 2 hours and 33 minutes for 4 people is too long. $9 extra for a substitute (risotto) for mashed potatoes. I want to love this place but the price and time was over the top. You guys can do better!!

Peppino’s has really stepped it up for Fall, 2017! New patio is fantastic, the steaks are better than ever. Great service, classic cocktails, amazing pasta, great desert.
