This is the second Tim Ho Wan I’ve been to and it’s just as amazing as the one in Honolulu. All of the dim sum is wonderful, but the pork buns are the most unique (they’re sweet and savory in the perfect way) and the cucumber salad is the best side dish. Don’t forget to enjoy it with some jasmine tea! It really makes the experience better.

These baked bbq pork buns are seriously me favorite food ever! They’re so flaky and moist on the inside with sugar and crunch on the outside.

Came here for lunch on New Year’s Day and was seated immediately. The servers were personable and friendly. I did have to call them a couple of times by raising my hand to get to-go boxes in my check. My favorite dishes are the shrimp rice rolls, the daikon cake, and the lotus leaf wrapped sticky rice. I had taro sago dessert and the taro was just a little undercooked. A little crunchier than I would like it. All in. All in all, a good Dim sum place. Very nice decor and quite spacious. Doesn’t compare to the actual one in Hong Kong though

My boyfriend and I came here for lunch last Saturday. We didn’t wait too long (about 10 min). The food here is pretty good. I liked that the plates we ordered were perfectly seasoned and it wasn’t too oily or salty. We highly recommend the Braised Brisket, noodles and the Steamed Pork Dumplings. They also have a happy hour from 3-6pm that we’ll likely try out in the next few weeks.

We went on a Monday evening and got seated right away with about 1/4 of the place filled.

Tim Ho Wan is an interesting order slip dimsum restaurant for those who want dim sum for dinner. For those who expect push cart dimsum, this isn’t one but if you’re craving shumai or har gao, at least you can indulge yourself. The chicken feet were “ok” taste wise but needs improvement in vendors as the feet were smaller compared to standard dimsum restaurants in the area. What I did enjoy we’re the bbq buns and the sticky rice as they were pretty good to chew into in taste and presentation.

Very good service. And very fast. I was just thinking of what to get and it is already there on the table (kidding). Everything was good! The pork dumpling was a little dry than i expected. I will still try them out when they open in Katy Texas second half of 2022!
