We came on a Saturday afternoon and had a short wait, which was expected, but we were lucky to get a table outside. The service was friendly, and we were able to order right away. The kitchen was a little slow, but the food was good with decent portion and the view of the lake made it a pleasant meal.

Our meal was great. It took a moment to come but the place was busy and it was expected. The drinks came right out and were great. The waitress was fun and entertaining and was very attentive. There was a mixup with the receipt but she cleared it right up. They had live music which was great. He sang and played a great selection of songs that matched the location and atmosphere. Me and my family enjoyed it.

Good place for a quick bite by the lake. Easy to get by car or boat. Had live music on Friday night which was nice. It had a small outdoor patio and very large indoor area.

Bailey our server was great! She was very thorough and sweet. We enjoyed her service.

The fried pickles were great! Fries were good. Pulled pork special was good.

Not a fan of the lobster roll as it has way too much remoulade sauce mixed with the shredded lobster (so much that you really can’t taste the lobster). It’s more like a lobster salad that’s too saucy. So don’t expect chunks. It would be so much better if the left the lobster on its own, added a butter sauce and the just drizzled remoulade sauce on it. Wish I didn’t go for it and just got something basic like a burger. ‍♀️

Great place and great food. I was greeted warmly and took a seat at the bar. The place wasn’t crowded at all. The bartender Jon, even made small conversation. I ordered the mussels as an appetizers and the Shrimp Po Boy with fries. Everything was delicious. I had a really good time and will be back in the future.

The food was great. Our server, Jenna, was also very friendly and accommodating. She could have, however, warned us that the kitchen was backed up. Not only did it take 55 minutes for our food to arrive, but two of the four plates were cold.

We made a mistake by waiting to come here! There’s a great panoramic view of the lake, whether inside or outside. It’s right on the lake where boats can dock. The inside seating area was very cold, but fortunately, the Painkiller (alcoholic bev) kept us warm, and the food came out hot. My wife and I split wings, she had crab, and I had a brisket hoagie with sidewinder fries. We’re making this our go-to spot.

We needed a quick place to eat while driving from SC to GA, last Friday (Memorial Day weekend), yet didn’t want junky, fast food. We came upon this place right off the highway. It had decent reviews for most, menu sounded good, and we had planned on getting it to go.

Then we got there – 4 min off the exit or less. And we saw how relaxing it was by the lake, and decided to stay to eat.

My son ordered the kids chicken tenders meal for $10, and for his side, he ordered the Mac and cheese. It was a $3 up charge instead of fries, but very worth it. It was a huge portion and real deal Mac n cheese- a whole nother meal! The chicken was also good and a big portion! It came w a dipping sauce but he didn’t want it. Lol he had plenty of leftovers.

We ordered two things to share: the plate of 3 tacos- we chose the grilled shrimp. Delicious! $15. They had other taco protein options like jerk chicken, fried fish, and I believe brisket? With all the toppings. But the catch is that you have to have all 3 tacos be the same.. or else we would’ve tried 3 different ones lol. The shrimp was great though! Great flavor, sauces, tender shrimp, filling.

We also got a big salad. $13 I think? I can’t remember the name but it’s the one that’s similar to a Cobb salad: greens, cucumbers, pickled onions- yum!, hardboiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, bacon, and their in-house made white vinaigrette was so good! (The dark balsamic wasn’t good to me).

Our server was great, very sweet, bubbly, and patient. She checked on us, got our food out fast, got us extra dressing, etc. I forgot her name, but she’s younger and said she has a 2 year old daughter.

Neat place inside. Casual, very lake/ beach feel, right on lake Hartwell, and you could see everyone getting on and off boats. Big windows to see out. (Some did need some major cleaning lol and bugs galore way up in the rafters lol. But all good.) Outside seemed like a nice patio w views.

We left happy, full, relaxed, and it was very fast, so no stress! Good quality good, we didn’t feel heavy after. Flavorful. Great experience, so we’ll definitely make a stop on our drives to GA and back, and maybe come do a lake day too!

Excellent location overlooking the marina and lake.

Food, drinks and service were good.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. No glass on the outside patio but you can get glass if you are willing to pay for what you break!

Would return back again and that time will remember to take pictures.

• Loaded chips- Homemade crispy chips. The toppings were a great addition!
• Fries- Homemade hot and crunchy!
• Wings- Husband said rubbed smokey Cajun flavor, very well cooked.
• Swiss burger- Deliciously juicy!
• Hot Beef sandwich- Cooked perfectly, juicy and flavorful!
• Creme Brûlée- Was a creamy heavenly delight!

The owner John is very nice and hands on. It’s obvious he cares about his guests having an enjoyable meal.

An hour wait for so so food. Our waitress was amazing. Kept apologizing for the wait on our food. I had the oyster po boy and my date had the patty melt. The patty melt was recommended by our waitress. Very delicious. The oysters were horrible. Best part of the po boy was the remoulaid sauce. Unfortunately didn’t get any pictures. For the prices they charge, you would expect better. Oh, before I forget, $12 for a Bourbon neat. Maybe an ounce worth. Barely a swallow.
