The steak bites are dried out and burnt the cup is full of grease. This is like greasy jerky and it wasnt hot, hard to chew.

We had a coupon for money off on a beef n cheddar meal. We went through the drive thru and have never had an issue with using coupons in this way before. The guy at the drive thru couldn’t input it for some reason, didn’t provide a very good explanation either. He just said that we can still use it next time to “save some money.” Not sure why the coupon couldn’t be used during this visit. It seems like he just didn’t know how to put it in.

Haven’t been to Arby’s in many years, decided to try today. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich; it was fabulous! Fresh bun and chicken, great amount of very fresh toppings. Drive thru staff were great- very quick, nice and smiling. Definitely recommend and I look forward to my next visit.

This is a typical arbys. Very slow when stopping by around 9:30 am. Ordered curly fries and sourdough cheese, sausage, egg sandwich. The food was very bland, this surprised me for usually it has a decent taste. It was like no salt was added to the fries and sandwich was flat. Service was fine. Overall food not being flavorful was the issue.

I went to my local Arby’s to see if they had the new.. now trending.. Nickelodeon Good Burger 2 meal.. that I keep seeing all over social media and sure enough they did.. so I ordered the meal.. didn’t realize it comes with a Strawberry shake.. I stead of a drink.. that was cool..
Got home.. I always start with my fries.. I asked for the burger sauce on the side for dipping my fries.. and then when I opened my sandwich it looked okay.. it almost appears as if it was pre wrapped or old.. not freshly cooked or wrapped.. but I decided to not complain and eat it anyways..
It was tasty.. I just wish it had a little bit of a spice and that it was fresher, but overall not bad.. and I would try it again.. definitely recommend..

I drive all the way from Batavia to Milford to get there bacon egg and cheese croissants which I think are the best… They’re always hot they’re always fresh and I don’t have to wait long for him and if I do it doesn’t bother me.

I decided to try the Wagyu burger. Arby’s needs to stick with what they do right!! I was actually heading to Wendy’s and decided on trying it. After 1 bite I regretted it!! I forced myself to finish it because of spending $8.35 for it and a small drink! If that is what wagyu tasted like it’s terrible!! 2 hours after the fact I wish I had continued on my way to Wendy’s!! Sorry

Fast and courteous service. DINING ROOM ALWAYS OPEN, unlike Taco Bell. The slider was loaded with beef and the bacon ranch Philly cheese steak was Loaded and awesome! Great Job!!!

I tried the new steakhouse burger. The burger itself is excellent – not like fast food patty at all. The problem was they don’t know how to properly make the sandwich yet. I got a cheeseburger with onion and maybe a piece of pickle. It’s supposed to have lettuce and tomato. I didn’t realize until I had eaten most of it, so partly my fault. Nonetheless, I didn’t special order anything; the basic sandwich construction should be automatic.

The undeserved internet hate is just wrong. Better cjicken sandwich than Fil A has. Always hot, always made to order and always right. Unlike so many places on 28. And those shakes.. the shack has nothing on them!
