We’ve been here a few times now and it’s delicious. The people are friendly and the restaurant is clean. Food comes out quickly and there haven’t been any mistakes in our orders.
The tikka masala with chicken is what’s pictured in this review which is my favorite so far. I will say even their “house” level spice is a bit spicy. If you’re particularly sensitive don’t mistake that to mean not spicy.
I included pictures of their specials board too. They also have Tikka Tuesdays which is one of their menu items (each Tuesday is different) plus naan and a drink for $12. You can see what the special is if you look at the online ordering menu on that Tuesday.

Our experience was very pleasant. Took the children out on an outing to try a new restaurant in the Quality of food was excellent. The customer service was just as pleasant and the atmosphere was very welcoming. We ordered several dishes from the menu and was a 10 out of 10

We had a great time and incredible food during our visit to the Tikka Shack! The wings were spicy and flavorful, and the loaded fries were delicious. The drinks were tasty, and we were given free samosas because they made too many. My only critique is that the tikka sauce on the fries is so good we needed more.

My husband and I went on their first day opening. I loved that you could order at a kiosk as well as through a person on a register.
They have vegan items which I loved! I got the Southern curry with veggies and rice. It was very good! I didn’t find it super spicy but it did have a good kick to it. You can also choose your spice level, so if you prefer more spice you can order it that way.
My husband ordered the Tandoori chicken pizza. He said is was very good. We will definitely be back!

We just had a wonderful experience here. We had the Southern Curry with Shrimp and naan and The Butter Masala with Chicken The Shack Naan and a samosa from the lunch menu. Everything was fresh and tasted absolutely delicious and the spice level was on point . The Mango Lassi was a refreshing end to our meal we will definitely be back . Our favorite drinks to have were the Tangerine Cardamom and the Farmers Punch.

My wife and I have been here multiple times and the food never cease to amaze. The house butter masala is the perfect amount of spicy! A definite must try is the coconut curry shrimp naan taco! We will be back!

IM BACK WITH ANOTHER AMAZING REVIEW!!! i went with my goated friend (shout out to you crabby)!! the food— so i got the butter marsala cuz my friend recommended it to me and it was pretty good. everything costs so much though the chicken was like an extra 1.25.. and then it was either rice or normal naan for free, and then other things that costed extra (i have money but not THAT type of money). i got extra veggies ($2) cuz health and then the mango lassi for $5. the total was like $20. but i mean it’s A LOT of food. the service itself was like okay.. uhm food took a little longer than my friends (the taco one) which is to be expected. atmosphere was also okay, everything is kinda cramped and awkward since you are kinda close to everyone but overall it was actually pretty good. we need more indian food places in madison so this is great!!! okai, bai!

This place is amazing! Went here with my mother the week of thanksgiving and it was just great. The service is immaculate and the food is as well. The food is cooked perfectly and incredibly seasoned. This is one of my favorite Indian spots that I’ve been to in North Alabama. The owner is incredibly polite and helpful! Such a great experience!

Took my mom here today! Delicious, reasonably priced Indian food. We both had butter masala with chicken and it was great. The house spice level suited her lesser spice tolerance while still being full of flavor. The hot that I got had a great kick. The upcharge for extra chicken is reasonable and worth it if you’re really hungry but the normal amount of protein and rice was perfectly filling for the average appetite. We got some plain naan and it had a great flavor and was soft with a crispier bottom! Delicious mango lassi too. The menu has a great range and I think even my picky father could find something he’d like. Service was exceptionally friendly! The interior was VERY clean, bathrooms included. I’d love it even more if they had dosa!

Our first time there, we will definitely be back. Portions were good, and the food was better than expected. I came from a town in CA with a large Indian population and was missing the food. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was since it was an order at the counter type place.
