I moved into this area 1 1/2 years ago and have yet to receive a pizza from this Papa John’s everytime I put in a order I recieve a phone call that it’s closed . Now I”ve went to the web site the hours listed states you close at 11 pm .I understand sometimes things happen , but this seems to be a problem in this store only .I’m this business myself and the guest service in this store is inhospitable ,Our job is hospitality your staff lacks any form of hospitality.
Your management is extremely rude and hangs up on your guests .We definitely won’t be ordering from this store in the future. I’ve read the reviews and I’m not the only guest that feel this way .

Two stars for the crust and the fact that they got the extra sauce right. Pizza was hot and delivered on time but the cheese leaves much to be desired. I’m done with papa johns. Give me the real cheese that stretches when you pull it out of the box and has a bit of chew to it when you bite. The cheese on this pizza might as well have been spread on with a butter knife.

Pizza is good. Service is not. We put in an online order bc we know it takes a while and we put it in for 6:15 weeks came in at 6:25 and they told us it would be 15 more minutes on it. Terrible.

Called in order for extra cheesy Alfredo pizza. Within 15 minutes it was ready. They have a progress tracker they send you through your email. Food was ready when I arrived. Was great pizza and service was also great. they also offer delivery at this location.

Have a craving for pizza, and there’s no Domino’s anywhere. So we have have to settle for Papa John’s. We walked to there from Love’s . Ordered 2 large pizzas. The front cashier seemed at a lost when you asked him questions. There were about 12 employees in the back, walking around and pretending to be busy. The wait time was 20 minutes. I can understand being busy. But i can not understand the mismanagement of people walking around as if they are lost. Other customers came in to pickup their previous orders and the employees were at a lost. This store needs management, not more clueless employees!!

I like Papa John’s, the food is always good. The employee’s inside the store however depending on the shift, are rarely friendly and the ones that try to be friendly, Don’t really seem to know what is going on when it comes to orders. I’ve never had any problems with delivery! Noah,one of the drivers is always on time and smiling!

I had a pizza delivered and when I ordered the gentleman said that the drivers carried 20 dollars my driver didn’t have any change at all so I had to drive and get change and she never said anything to me and any inconvenience

Terrible experience. This is the second time now pizza has been late beyond 20 minutes. Had a scheduled pickup at 6:00. I show up and they haven’t started. Finally got the pizza 22 minutes after my scheduled order. I could not get a refund because I paid online. Or at least they didn’t know how to do that. Last time I go back there…

The Baxter TN team did a great job with our pizzas tonight despite being slammed with orders. Tasted great and cooked exactly as ordered even down to the three extra sauces we asked for. I can understand why they are busy! Keep up the good work and great customer services skills!
