The menu is easy to follow with lots of options–bowls, tacos, pizza, wings, plus a kids menu. I ordered the Butter Chicken Masala. The portion size was decent overall, but there wasn’t much chicken. The sauce was thinner than expected , a bit bland for my liking , and the naan was just okay.

Pleasantly surprised! Ordered the tandoori chicken pizza and tikka habanero wings. The pizza was super flavorful and full of spice. The wings were fat and hot! Would definitely go back for a quick Indian fix.

I recently visited Tikka Shack and had a disappointing experience overall. We ordered the curry chicken and Methi Malai, along with one curry shrimp dish. One red flag was how the rice and sauce were mixed together in the same container—while it wasn’t soggy, traditional Indian places always keep them separate for better presentation and to maintain textures.
The food itself lacked flavor and spices—it just didn’t taste right. The curry chicken was bland and underwhelming, and the people who tried the curry shrimp felt the same way; no one enjoyed it. The Methi Malai was okay, but nothing special, and I wouldn’t recommend it. They seem to be catering to the area, which is probably why the food was horrible—likely toned down to suit local tastes, sacrificing authenticity.
On top of that, the customer service was awkward. The representative stood right behind me while I checked to make sure all the items were in the bag, which felt uncomfortable and intrusive.
I was hoping for some authentic Indian grub, but this fell short. I probably won’t be back.

My wife and I recently moved to Owings Mills and I discovered Tikka, while picking up a DoorDash. The place was beautiful and smelled delicious. I promised I would be back and kept that promise.
The service, food, and atmosphere DID NOT disappoint. TIKKA is our top Indian spot in our new neighborhood.
They stuff is very warm and friendly!

I don’t like to share bad reviews but I only share what my experience there was. I ate at this place 2 time I ordered something different both times .My lost anyways 1 st time I tried a veggie meal because I’m trying to stay slim thick so I ordered the veggie curry and rice garlic naan bread and samosas. The rice was cold and clumpy but the flavor was gd just cold and veggies was like they used can veggies and naan was cold and chewy, second time I ate there I had a side of basmati rice extra tikka sauce tikka habanero wings and garlic naan. Wings was burnt even though it was burnt the flavor was gd wit a bit of burnt flavor added I was so disappointed rice was cold and clumpy again and bread was chewy and cold. I love Indian food but this just my experience. The staff was quiet and num like they really didn’t wanna be there and it was empty like always.

I had an incredibly disappointing and frankly alarming experience at Tikka Shack Indian Grub (5272 Campbell Blvd) — a restaurant I had previously held in high regard. Having dined here several times before and always enjoyed my meals, I expected the same standard of quality. Unfortunately, my recent takeout order was a complete departure from those positive experiences.
My order included a Biryani Rice Bowl, Basil Pesto Pizza, Shack Salad, and a Southern Curry with Basmati Rice. The Southern Curry, which I had looked forward to the most, was unmistakably spoiled. The first bite was sour and rancid as if the dish had been sitting out for days. It was completely inedible and raised serious concerns about food safety and handling.
It is deeply concerning that food in such condition was served to a customer. This isn’t just poor quality it’s a potential health hazard. Serving spoiled food reflects an alarming lack of care and oversight.
I have been a loyal customer and a rewards member, but this incident has left me completely disillusioned. I will be canceling my membership and will not be returning. Food safety should never be compromised, and this experience was both unacceptable and unsafe.
I strongly urge management to investigate this matter immediately. Customers deserve far better than this.

I was out looking for a new food spot to try and found myself drawn to this cute Indian restaurant in the white marsh area. I ordered Chicken Tikka Masala and let me tell you… baby ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! It’s like my heart is being warmed and hugged from the inside out. Will definitely be back again!

My husband and I stopped here for dinner, I got the kabob bowl with spicy chicken, half mango salad and half rice and it was delicious. The mango was so ripe I’m glad I got it. I do wish it came with a little bit more sauce on the side but still a fairly refreshing meal. My husband got the original curry, of course I had to try his and it was also very delicious. The chicken was so tender it pulled right apart. Will definitely be back to try some of their other stuff.

Very disappointing experience. The masala and the chicken both felt undercooked and raw, which made the food unpleasant and concerning to eat. The service was equally bad, staff were busy on their phones while customers were waiting for their orders. It took almost 40 minutes just to prepare a chicken tikka wrap, which is unacceptable.
After this experience, I’m skeptical about the high number of 5-star reviews. It seems many of the 4–5 star ratings could be influenced by the free lassi offered in exchange for good reviews, rather than genuine customer satisfaction. Overall, poor food quality and very poor service.
