We are visiting from out if state and was craving this. We got take out and tasted delicious mango lassi while we wait. We enjoyed samosa chat for appetizer—so good, generous serving. I tried malai kofta under vegetarian —wow…delicate dumplings in savory warm sauce. Lastly, butter chicken—always a safe bet for kiddos. He loved it and ate up the garlic naan way too fast!

We had a wonderful time on a slow afternoon with several personal touches offered by the chef. A good variety of Indian dishes (masala, biryani, kofta) and even some Nepali dishes! Highly recommend if you have the time for a slower-paced eating experience with fresh made dishes and a cozy dining space.

Absolutely outstanding experience at Tikka Masala! Don’t let the strip mall, hole-in-the-wall building fool you. This place is 5 star Indian cuisine. The Chicken Tikka Masala was perfectly cooked and spiced. I recommend the garlic bread. It was fresh out of the oven, crispy on the edges, soft and buttery inside, with the most aromatic garlic flavor that hit all the right spots. The portions were generous, service was warm and quick, and the ambiance made it feel like a cozy escape. I met the owner and he was very welcoming. Hands down one of the best Indian meals I’ve had in a long time.

Update Sept 2025: My last two visits weren’t as good as my first. I was given butter chicken instead of tikka masala even though I confirmed the order, the naan has been pretty bland, and their chutney was pure liquid (more liquid than before). Not sure what’s going on, but the main dish flavors are still great and service has been quick.

This was my first time ordering food from Tikka Masala, and I’m so happy I did.

I saw a funny TikTok video about how those who aren’t Indian always order the chicken tikka masala or butter chicken, and that chefs are bored So I branched out from my usual dish and ordered a few new things.

The chicken vindaloo was DELICIOUS! A ton of flavor and everything was cooked perfectly. Medium spice was a little on the mild side.

The butter naan and mint chutney were also great. The chutney was maybe a little watery, but the flavor made up for that.

I’d never had Kheer before, but it was so good and I’d definitely order again.

The restaurant is in a strip mall and the interior could use a little excitement, but it was clean, the food was ready quickly, and the gal at the counter was nice. I also need to add that the prices are so reasonable. With me ordering a main dish, side, and dessert, it was only $28 (plus tip). Unheard of these days!

The first time I had biryani was a many years ago when an Indian co-worker brought some homemade biryani in for a potluck. I have never been able to find anything remotely close to as good until now. Finally, a place that makes biryani that is very close to the authentic biryani my coworker made. It was great! Why is this place empty at lunchtime? The food was great!

If you’re on the west side, stop driving across town for average Indian food. This place is GREAT!
We had a fantastic meal at Tikka Masala, where the flavors were rich, and the service was exceptional. The coconut shrimp was a standout starter—crispy, perfectly cooked, and coated in a sweet coconut crust. The garlic naan was fresh from the tandoori oven making it light and crispy. The tikka chicken masala had a creamy, well-spiced sauce with just the right amount of heat. The saag paneer was also excellent, with a deep, earthy spinach flavor and tender cubes of paneer. To round out the meal, the chai was wonderfully spiced, delightful, and definitely not from a mix. Overall, a great spot for delicious, authentic Indian cuisine!
As an update> We’ve been here over a dozen times, and the menu/food is kinda inconsistent. I think the chefs have changed over the last year multiple times. Idk?

This place is the best Indian food I have ever had. I ordered here one night craving some Indian (which normally is about once every 6 months), and now I get this once a week. The Tikka Masala is spiced just right, as is the curry. The naan is also incredibly good. I may start venturing out and trying some more dishes just because of how great this place is.

Food is amazing there where 3 of us we each ordered something different to taste a variety and it all was great! It’s a further drive for us but its worth the trip. We have found our new go to spot.

The addition of Tikka masala to the small strip mall of 64th St. next to home cooking café is a wonderful new addition that definitely deserves a look.
My wife and I discovered this restaurant the other day which had been a somewhat uninspiring pizza restaurant previously if I remember correctly, and I have to say without a doubt, it is some of the best Indian food I have had in a long time or possibly ever. My wife and I started with the Momo dumplings which were excellent and the coconut shrimp with a wonderful sauce that I believe included chickpeas and curry as well as what would appear to be a chickpea fritter that was brought to the table in a complementary fashion. I chose to try the ginger chicken kebab and my wife went with the lamb vindaloo, both were savory with complex flavor profiles cooked perfectly and presented nicely. We decided to go medium on the spice level and as it turns out, I could probably go higher, but we weren’t sure so we remained cautious.
On a slightly less impressive note, I think the dining area kind of seems like an afterthought and could use some design elements and attention, but I think they are making do with what they have and it was adequate and clean. The servers were extremely courteous and professional, and very kind. I did not see them standing around talking on their phones. I saw them greeting customers cleaning and working.
Overall, I thought the value for the price was excellent and we are both overjoyed that a quality restaurant has taken over the spot and seems to be doing very well. I will say this is not a fast food restaurant and as such the time from ordering to getting the food to the table could be considered lengthy for some people that are in a hurry., that being said, these things are made to order for the most part and that requires time. So maybe don’t stop by if you only have 10 minutes for your lunch break… This is not a knock on the restaurant at all. This is just a realistic observation.
The menu is quite varied, and even if Indian food may not be your thing I would definitely recommend giving this place a try. We were more than pleasantly surprised and quite frankly can’t wait to return.

Tikka Marsala in Arvada is consistently excellent. We order takeout regularly, and it is outstanding every single time. The food is flavorful, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared, with generous portions and great attention to quality. Ordering is always easy, the service is reliable, and everything travels well for takeout, which matters. This has become a go to spot for us because we know exactly what to expect and they always deliver. Highly recommend!!!
