I stopped in here with a buddy over the weekend and we both ordered the poke nachos. They were super good and they were definitely filling. We came in on a Saturday around noon, maybe it was actually a Sunday, and we were able to get a table very quickly.
You could tell that the staff must’ve had a big night the night before because they were changing out menus and there were still some things that needed to be accomplished but once we put our order in the food came pretty quickly and it was really good

Great atmosphere. We usually come for a drink – food is decent, vibes are excellent. My only complaint is that they had a football game on instead of gilligans island like previous visits and it kind of killed the tiki vibe. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area for a few days.

Establishment is clean with lots of bamboo and tiki. Table Servers were absent, but the bartender was friendly and tried to cover the bar and tables. He also offered to make accommodations to the cocktails which were not well balanced. Three Mai Tais all tasted differently: one too sour, one too little orgeat, and one too much lime. The Jet Pilot cocktail balance was way off. The bartender was observed pouring by eye without measuring with a jigger. As Trader Vic used to say, “Follow the recipe.” However, the Spice Runner was good but on the sweet side from a bit too much passionfruit syrup.

Our server did his best but there were major delays with the food. They share the kitchen a the adjoining restaurant and if they are busy it slows things down here. Had the poke nachos were good. But from there things slowed down. The coconut shrimp took maybe 20 minutes after the nachos which already took about half an hour to come out. The ramens we ordered were luke warm at best and had no flavor at all.

Me and my boyfriend had a great experience! We sat out on the porch by the water it was a nice day. Arturo was our waiter and he was great ! He made good drink and made us laugh. Not to mention how great the food was. We shared the Poke appetizer and I had the shrimp tacos and they did not disappoint. Ambiance was nice ✔️ serve was great✔️ food was delicious ✔️
