The ahi tuna and salmon are consistently fresh, the kale noodles are absolutely delicious, and the portions are generous every single time. Even the avocado — yes, it’s $1.50 extra — is always creamy and worth it.
And I love that they even upgraded their chopsticks with a cute new design. They feel sturdier and nicer than the usual flimsy takeout ones you’d get elsewhere. It adds a nice little touch — almost like enjoying a meal at home with your own chopsticks.
They put a LOT of fish in there and it tasted really, really yummy. I liked the spicy tuna the most (it’s only lightly spiced). I rec finishing it the day of, because after being in the fridge overnight, the onion crisps grew soft and the fish became somewhat watery.
I totally recommend this place; they have great service, food, and seating.
Now they even have ramen! Just in time for the season. And the tableware and quality is just like a restaurant!
Drinks are a must have. From tea to milk and tapioca. Every flavor you can imagine is here and options to have less sugar or none at all.
Highly recommended. The best poke ramen and drinks for any season.
***2024 Updated decor is more suited for dining. Upscale look rather than luncheon takeout. Service is catering to dine in with table service.
They also had boba/bubble tea, and good flavor options, that was also delicious.
Aside from what we ordered, they also had a good selection of appetizers, Donburi, and Ramen. They also have “signature bowls”.
The staff (Tiffany) was friendly and patient as my daughter was deciding her add ins for the sushi burrito. Food was served on/in Japanese dinnerware which was a plus for atmosphere.
All in all we had a “5” experience here and will return. I highly recommend it.
I’ve only tried the Signature bowls and bubble tea.
The Hawaiian is balanced and refreshing.
The Volcano has a nice mix textures and ingredients including chicken and shrimp.
The Aloha one was extremely spicy. There was spicy tuna and spicy salmon, with the addition of kimchi, but there was also a spicy sauce on top which made eating it a bit overpowering in terms of spiciness level. I would ask in the future to dial down the spice or add another fresh ingredient to balance the flavors.
