This is one of my favorite places to get a meal.. today I wanted to give a big shout out to your employee Elizabeth, she was so friendly and helpful her customer service is excellent, *I came in and ordered a burrito got back in my car and realized I had ordered it without asking for no jalapenos, I went back in with the burrito prepared to pay for a new one because it was my mistake, I told Elizabeth what I had done and she said no problem took the burrito and remade a new one for me .. and did so with a smile and friendliness (as well her co-worker who I did not know her name ) was also a sweetheart!, excellent people skills and customer service! ⭐⭐⭐ thank you so much,
**May 2024Went in late evening for a quick takeout to eat.. price was affordable and food was hot, fresh and though not the best Mexican fare I was happy with the place.. front employee I ordered from was awesome, she really made my day.. service every time has been wonderful, they are friendly and helpful..price is great, place is clean & welcoming.. the food was basic a definite step-up from a Taco Bell “. But your getting what you pay for.. fast, friendly takeout or dine in .. I highly recommend them to try, a great place if you need a cheap hot meal for the kids.. try out online website, you can save money & earn points for free food. Keep up the great service.

Walked up to counter to order, no one there. Then I see and hear a black woman yelling from the kitchen window. She was yelling at me 10 minutes, I said 10 before I can order and she continued to yell 10 minutes. Even the customers seated started staring over to the scene. I walked out!

Quite honestly food was horrible. Usually I love Tijuana but this just wasn’t it. I got the veggie bowl and the veggies weren’t cooked at all, completely raw green pepper and onion slices. Usually they’re cooked. I picked out majority of the onion slices cause there were diced onions in there (also raw) and every bite was onion. The rice was also crunchy and hard in an unenjoyable way, undercooked. The food was cold and even the chips were skimpy and unseasoned…. just disappointed tbh

Great food with a friendly staff and cheap beer.
The staff is always upbeat and very helpful. The food is always extremely reliable and tasty. Between their many locations the variance is negligible.

My one suggestion would be to augment your sauce bar with a salsa bar. I enjoy your many different varieties of hot salsa, but I usually end up putting more than half of it on/in your salsa. Anyways, i’ll be coming back for a while!

Originally rated 3 stars. After trying the food I had to remove a star. Slow as heck and the burritos are disappointing. No cheese or sour cream in my burrito — or if there was there was hardly enough to notice. Jalapeños are not spicy. Tortillas way too big. Huge disappointment.

First visit here and the customer service was impressive. It wasn’t that busy but I was greeted when I walked in by a worker not behind the counter who asked if my first visit, explained the menu and special. It was not expensive..think Qdoba or Chipotle prices.. so not at all what is normally expected. A different employee asked how my meal was and refilled my drink. Good service continued as it got busier. Portions were generous. I didn’t get the sauce but overheard customers talking about the varied hotness. The decor is interesting.

First time at this Mexican chain, surprised it took me this long. More options than just your typical burrito or bowl. Ordered the chimichanga chicken and cheese. Made it “wet” with chipotle sauce as I thought it might be a little dry otherwise and may have been right. Flavorful, bit of a kick. Not overstuffed with cheese and good amount of chicken. Lettuce, onion, tomato etc come on top which I was pleased they weren’t inside. Order at counter and sit where you like, quick service, good prices. Came with some tortilla chips on the side. Not exceptionally authentic, more Americanized but still overall pleased. Look forward to trying something new on my next visit!

It’s always a great place where you can sit and enjoy a few smiling faces and def goood food. It’s not everyday that you get to experience the freshness of what they serve. I’m always greeted at the door and the management team never skips a beat!!
