Tijuana Flats is a great restaurant with lots of fun dining options.
There are no issues with parking. Tijuana Flats has a oversized free parking lot, easy to get in and out.
The wait staff was “off the charts” impressive. They were professional and attentive, and also added to the great dining experience.
The menu has a broad variety of entrees to pick from, which will ensure you get back to work through the menu.
Job well done by a great restaurant and can’t say enough about the staff and their customer service!

Fresh food, order always accurate, team members and managers truly care about your happiness and are personable. Several times team members checked in on us and were super helpful! We love this location and will only go to this location! You can tell they are managed well and have a good system.

Delaney walked me through the Taco Tuesday special actually called Tuesdaze with 2 Tacos with chicken, beef, or blackened chicken or bean, chips and a beverage for $6.99. I also added on guac and chips which a flavorful guac with a lime trace running through it. Just how I like my Mexican food with minimal hot spice. This place is great for a group because you can tailor your level of spice at the Hot Bar with 13 types of spicy hot sauce that require hand washing before and after visiting. No children at the Hot Bar. It is for mature audiences only because the sauces are really spicy. Music is loud. Outdoor and indoor tables. Outdoor tables, some have umbrellas some do not and is a freestanding place near the mall. Bathroom is wheelchair accessible with a heavy door to open. Everything else is accessible except a few of the high tables but there are plenty of indoor and out door standard tables. Menus are all over with large colorful letters and pictures, laminated for easy holding and easy to clean. Alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages available.

I always give my reviews based on the experience as a whole, not just the food. So while the food was a 4 star, the atmosphere and decor made it a 5 star.
The murals and hot sauce bar are just awesome. Such a cool restaurant. Food was solidly delicious. No complaints. Service was satisfactory.
When I lived in Clearwater, I frequented this place quite a bit. Prices are still decent. I will definitely be back everytime I visit the Bay area.

The food could’ve been much better. The wings were overcooked. The lime sauce for the mango tango shrimp tacos was very overpowering. The chips that came with the entrées did not come with salsa (although we got a small cup with the rice bowl). We asked for no black beans and then asked for them on the side instead. They put them in the shrimp rice bowl. They did not have the Beso Sangria, although it was still advertised, and the cashier did not know what was in stock. The margaritas do not have tequila or any liquor in them, for that matter. They also couldn’t change the meat in any taco. Overall, this is an inauthentic place and not worth $50 for 2 people. The cashier was nice.

Tasty tacos, lots of options, Caitlin, Lindsey and Susanna were so helpful, we were greeted at the door, offered beverage refills, and our trays were promptly removed. Excellent service, thanks for a great lunch!

The food here is decent. I would say its the hot sauce selection that is the kicker. I prefer Jason’s mom. The food here is good. The service is good and the Taco Tuesday is the best.

I was very happy to see the hot sauce bar open. It had been shut down for a while due to covid. Our service was great. The environment was clean. Now lets talk about our meals… we got the nachos and the taco salad. The nachos were great (according to who I was with) and it’s a very ample serving. The Salad: I was very happy that the salad did NOT come in a taco bowl which made it a safe choice for me as I am GF. They have greatly improved their fresh salsa, it was Very Good. My salad was fresh and very good…But…I would have like more lettuce. There was not much. That is why I gave 4 stars instead of five. Some folks might be VERY happy with less greens and more of the “good stuff” but I do like the greens…hence the choice of a salad. All and all a great experience and will plan to enjoy this restaurant in the future.
