My son and I really wanted a Dr Pepper So we decided to go through Chick-fil-A.
They give us our drinks which felt really light. Open them up and they definitely gypped us. Drinks are not cheap. I guess they’re trying to be funny.

I usually like this location but today they were so rude. I ordered a bun less chicken sandwich and kale crunch, I asked for a salad bowl. The girl told me, “NO, I can’t have one unless I buy a salad.” I told her, “Okay, I’ll buy a salad.” She rings me up for a $10 salad and brings me an empty bowl. I asked her where is salad? That’s when I was told, “you wanted a bowl”…. I told her well yes except you said I can’t have it unless I buy a salad and I’m not paying 10$ for a bowl. Not only did that happen, but I asked for a packet of salsa dressing and the guy who took my order said I can only give you one. That’s all I needed was one… but how presumptuous to assume I needed more when I never asked… Not sure if ppl are robbing them blind of salsa packets and bowls or what is happening?!? I hope management brings back the fun place we all love.

This location is probably the worst one I’ve ever been to. I’ve never been to a Chick-fil-A that forgets to put straws, forks, and sauce in the bag every single time — not just once or twice, literally every time . When I order a salad with no tomatoes, guess what… it still has tomatoes. And I either don’t get dressing at all or they give me the wrong one. The people at the front are young and rude, and overall they just need better staff that can handle the basics. I’ll continue going to the Bella Terra location — I won’t be coming back to this one.

It’s Chick-fil-A! everything you’d expect: friendly service, clean, and super attentive to details. The food is always fresh, and they run things really well. But I don’t know if anyone else has noticed…..it’s heavy on the salt. There’s only one location I’ve tried that isn’t as bad, but overall, the chicken is just too salty for me. For a chain that prides itself on consistency, I wish that part was a little more balanced.

My experience at Chick-fil-A store #6635 drive thru was unexpected, but very upsetting and disappointing. I realized my order was incorrect, I walked inside the store to address the error hoping for correction or refund. I spoke with a manager and explained the situation, without hesitation she reached inside the bag and removed the content out the bag. I expressed how I didn’t appreciate the gesture (unsanitary) and requested a refund. I literally stood and waited for 15 mins completely ignored by the staff/employees, only to be told my request was declined. I’m completely baffled on how terrible the customer service is at this location, and will not support this store again.

Neat Chick-fil-A! When we walked in the first time (a week prior) we were greeted by a person who had us take a seat and we ordered at the table with her. Wow! Had more of a restaurant feel, which was pretty neat. We came in this time and sat down and thought we’d have the same service… which we didn’t. That part seems to be inconsistent for some reason. Last week and this week our order was missing at least 1 item (a drink, a fry, a fruit cup.) Also the person taking our order both days seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Maybe they are having some staff issues or something, but its got great potential!

Today was the first time ever that I was met with an unpleasant attitude at Chic-fil-A.

Around noon, 1/27/2026, location 03795.

The guy who took my order was downright unfriendly and looked at me like I had three heads when I asked for mac and cheese without the cheesy crust on top.

Me: “Could I please have two mac and cheeses without the cheese crust on top?”
Guy with the glasses and attitude: “What are you talking about? Our mac and cheese doesn’t have anything on top.”
Me: “Yeah, it usually has a plop of toasted cheese on top. I just want to order it without that.”
Guy with the glasses and attitude: (This is where the look happened) “It doesn’t have that on top.”

He seemed to want an argument. An argument over… cheese crust.

This has been a Twilight Zone sort of week for me, and this interaction was just par for the course.

*Edit: The online Chic Fil-A menu does mention that the macaroni and cheese includes a top layer of crispy cheese. GOOD DAY, SIR.

I stopped by Chick-fil-A recently and had a mostly positive experience. The food was great, as always – their chicken sandwiches never disappoint!
However, the service was a bit of a miss. I ordered a drink, but it came without a straw, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the staff seemed a bit disorganized, which slowed things down.

January 5th, 2026 @ 4:27pm curbside##330193351 After ordering a simple ice cream cone to curbside for my daughter who just had a tooth pulled I had to wait 20 mins! when I backed out to walk in the curbside employee came running out saying he “just saw my order”.

I told him I’ll be walking inside to speak with a manager. Once inside, I was confronted by a young man bagging and the words out of his mouth “so what do you want what do you want from us? “basically implying that I was only complaining and asking for the manager because I want it free items. I was then told that the manager Santiago was far too busy to even speak with me once I stated I already waited 20 minutes. I don’t mind waiting a few more minutes to speak with the manager, he still refuse to come, ident informed the staff that I did not want any free items because anything I wish to purchase from Chick-fil-A I could easily afford. It was the poor customer service the lack of care, the lack of concern this is the most disgusting Chick-fil-A location I’ve ever experienced nationwide. I will never patron this location again and I encourage you to drive a few miles extra and do the same.
