Tiger Ramen is the second restaurant by local restaurateurs John and Molly Wilson, known for their reputation of delivering original dishes with spectacular flavors, made fresh from scratch using the best quality ingredients. The playful menu consists of a delicious selection of ramen noodle dishes accompanied by several other options including rice bowls and an array of enticing appetizers, all of which use the framework of Japanese inspired cuisine to exercise culinary creativity that reflects time and place of Cape Cod above authenticity. Our full bar specializes in craft cocktails served on tap, and a wide selection of fine saké alongside beer and wine.

Decided to stop in on a whim and must say I loved it. The service was efficient and professional, my server was attentive and quick to answer any questions but did not hover whilst I debated my order. I ended up ordering a milk tea (no added flavors) with no boba and the salmon rice bowl. The milk tea was pleasant, it didn’t taste like tea flavored milk as most do but tasted like tea steeped in milk, really bringing out that bold tea flavor with the added sweetness of milk. The salmon rice bowl was a variety of flavors but was pleasantly brought together by the sweet chili sauce. The salmon itself was savory and flaked easily when prodded yet was delightfully cripsy on the top. The white rice soaked up the sweet chili sauce but also had a touch of it’s own seasoning to it beforehand. The shittake was a bit sparce compared to the portion of the other sides but overall the meal was not only tasty but filling.

Being gluten free, I have never been able to order Ramen out…until tonight. Tiger Ramen offers gluten free noodles, as well as only using gluten free soy sauce, making it available to those who are gluten free. I also was able to get their fried chicken appetizer. Everything was delicious. The staff and service were knowledgeable and friendly, and the atmosphere was fun and inviting. If you are looking for Ramen, gluten free or not, I would recommend Tiger Ramen.

This is one of the best Ramen places I have eaten at. Creative dishes. Our server Lily was so outstanding. We arrived 1/2 hour before closing (9pm) and she was so positive and energetic. I wasn impressed with this and her knowledge of the menu and her recommendations.
We lucked out because on Thursdays they affee a special combo of an app, a main dish and a desert for $25. The cucumber Salad was outstanding. tasted like a spicey pickle with almonds.
I ordered the parking Ramen, and my friend ordered chicken. the presentation and the flavor blends were quite good. The only suggestion foe improvement is upgrade the quality of the noodles to somthing a little richer to matcj the quality of all thenother ingredients. The overall quality of food was good.
Ice cream was served in a cup, like a to go cup, not prepared fresh. it was good. Not great.
They have non alcoholic specialty drinks that were outstanding. Apple puree with a ginger ale was excellent. Mango Giner spritz was also quite good.
I also ordered the Japanese spiced fries to try. all i can say is , wow!
I will return and try a rice bowl soon. Does not rise to 5 stars even for the genre, but it is very good food.
Parking difficult. Street parking, and a small lot nearby for another store.

A delicious take on Ramen has come to Falmouth! The service was perfect at this cozy venue, and the food prepared to perfection. All of my party was absolutely delighted with their dishes. Some great appetizers plus a few sake and Japanese whisky options (including cocktails) made for a perfect Ramen night. We’ve been back for a second visit this week, and will definitely add this to our top local restaurants.

My daughter and I were looking for a place to eat for lunch and ended up here. They have a pretty decent lunch special- Ramen and a bao for $16. While the spicy chicken is not super spicy it is very good! The chicken stayed crispy in the broth and they even removed the mushrooms for me. I would definitely come here again.
Something to note is that during times that are busier it may be difficult to find parking.

Tiger Ramen had excellent service and a tasty drink selection. I think the ambience is fitting of the colors, the music made sense, the pork baos were ok, the Kimchi was delicious. I had the spicy pork belly ramen and my husband the spicy chicken. Between the two the spicy chicken ruled – the broth of the chicken was flavorful and so was the breaded chicken served with the soup. For the pork ramen, I felt it lacked real depth on the flavor, it was packed with spicy oil which I think the chef may be relying too heavily on. The pork belly was bland, typically you’d want seconds on that pork belly but this one was just there, to be there… I got half of an egg unless the other half must have fallen apart or something. The noodles were flavorful on both dishes. I’d give another ramen dish a shot to experience the flavors they offer. Overall a good experience ✨️ their pork belly needs love.

I got the Pumpkin Ramen with short ribs. Absolutely amazing, I will keep coming back to try the whole menu . Ambiance was comfortable and relaxing. And the waitresses were very knowledgeable on any questions I had about the menu. 10 out of 10 will recommend this place to anyone who hasn’t been.

Disappointing Ramen and Overpriced Menu
If you’re thinking about trying Tiger Ramen, I’d say save your appetite—and your wallet—for somewhere else. Honestly, the ramen was about the worst I’ve ever had: fatty, bland, and completely forgettable. For the price they charge ($22+ a bowl), I expected a flavor experience—something bold, something delicious… or at least something edible. Instead, I got a bowl of noodles that tasted like nothing, with texture worse than what you get from a store-bought ramen packet.
There are so many wonderful ramen places (mostly in and around Boston), so it’s a shame that Falmouth couldn’t get in on that magic.
The appetizers were a slight improvement—like going from bad to “okay, fine”—but still nowhere near worth the price. By the end of the meal, I wasn’t just disappointed; I was Googling “best places for ramen after you’ve already eaten dinner.”
All in all, Tiger Ramen was a miss. Definitely not worth the hype, the money, or the emotional journey.

Taste like made by some who is really good at cooking but never had ramen before, so trying to make ramen based on photos and imagination.

It wasn’t about the service or the atmosphere. They had excellent service. Spicy chicken Ramen was delicious. Chardonnay is not even close to pinot grigio. Add another white to your wine list.
