Our first server was Ashley, and she’s super attentive and knowledgeable about menu and even asked us about food allergies and sensitivities. As a server with 10+ years of experience, 11/10 service with her and everyone else we’ve experienced, including Chef Sheldon, who is one of the sweetest chef-owners I’ve met in ages (out of multiple cities, states, and countries).
I’ve been mostly vegan lately but make exceptions when I travel and dine with others and was soooo happy to break diet at Tiffany’s. I saw that they were doing a lechon special for Xmas and NYE, so of course we had to order the crispy pork belly. The miso cod at Tiffany’s is also as good as Nuka’s (one of my two favorite sushi spots on island) except Tiffany’s gives you three times as much for about the same price.
My bestie just had to get a fairly invasive surgery and won’t be able to eat solid food for a while, so we ordered their tomahawk as a bit of a last supper. We were in a bit of a rush (I needed to meet another volunteer at the airport to help fly some kittens to mainland), and Chef Sheldon was able to fire the steak in time for us to not have to rush our entire meal. The steak was also cooked perfectly and rivaled the steak we had at Havens Harborside (and our Tiffany’s bill was much smaller).
We’ve ordered their mandoo every time, and they’ve been fantastic every time. The garlic bok choy is made with local bok choy and is also delicious. Highly recommend dumping any remaining sauce from the miso butterfish onto the bok choy for a potentially life-changing experience. I LOVE their lychee cocktail!
We ordered the garlic noodles, hamachi crudo, steak bites, and the eggplant dish, and every plate was exceptional. The flavors were vibrant, balanced, and confidently seasoned. After several meals in Wailea where dishes sometimes felt muted or overly restrained, this was a refreshing contrast. Each dish delivered clarity and depth.
Service was friendly, prompt, and genuinely welcoming. The team struck the right balance of attentiveness without hovering, and the meal flowed smoothly from start to finish.
We had hoped to return for a second visit but ran out of time on this trip. Tiffany’s will be at the top of our list on our next visit. It is the kind of place that reminds you why local favorites often outshine more polished resort dining.
The food is amazing all around – our favorites were the garlic noodles, spicy eggplant, honey walnut shrimp, and ube cheesecake. Still thinking about our meal a week later…
The only thing is the steak, I think in my personal opinion it was wayyy too hard and chewy, felt overcooked to me but the flavor was there so maybe it was just that batch.
I would go back and try other stuff on the menu, everything looked quite good.
We ended up ordering a lot of food, we wanted to try a little bit of everything, and honestly, it was all incredible. Some of the standout dishes for me were the Steak Bites, which were super tender and flavorful, and the Miso Butterfish, which just melted in your mouth. The Short Ribs were fall-off-the-bone delicious, and both the Crispy Pork Belly and Crispy Chicken had that perfect crunch on the outside while staying juicy and rich on the inside. Every dish had a depth of flavor that really showed the love and care put into the cooking.
Even with how much we ordered, the food came out hot and fresh, and the service was consistently friendly and on point. The staff made us feel welcomed and taken care of without being overbearing. You can tell they take pride in what they do, both in the kitchen and in the dining room.
The atmosphere was lively and inviting, making it a great spot for pretty much any occasion – whether it’s a date night, casual dinner, or a big celebration with friends and family. We saw a mix of smaller tables and larger parties, and everyone seemed to be having a great time. It’s one of those places that strikes the perfect balance between feeling homey and festive.
If you’re in the mood for bold, comforting Filipino flavors with a modern touch, Tiffany’s is 100% worth checking out. I left full, satisfied, and already thinking about what I’ll order next time. Don’t skip this spot, it’s a local gem!
