Hidden gem! So good. Amazing Mexican food, micheladas, mariscos, salsas. Awesome service. Located in the middle of nowhere where you’d least expect it. Def will be back when I’m in town.

First time visiting and loved the experience. Our waitress was very attentive and explained anything we asked. They had a live band. Will definitely be returning.

The food was incredible, staff was very friendly- though there was only one and she was incredibly busy taking care of everything alone.

The salsa is very good, possibly the best I’ve had- and it was very interesting to get black beans with it as well. We tried the shrimp ceviches and the tierra fajitas. Bot were great, can’t wait to come back and try some of the other authentic dishes.

Water was 7/10

This authentic place is a little out of the way but well worth the trip. The food is great, servers are pleasant and make sure you’re topped off, and the owner is friendly and genuinely cares about your experience. Get a dish with mole, it is homemade and freaking amazing.

The prices are unbelievable almost comical. What family can afford to go out to and pay $9 for a kids meal or $14.99 for 3 street tacos (the small size tacos) with no sides, the enchilada meal was in the range of $15-$20. We ended up having two beers chips, salsa and bean dip which my husband said we’re “very good”.
The server was young and inexperienced but very polite, needs a little more knowledge on types of wine available and customer service skills, which comes in time if this is an industry you choose to stay with it can be quite rewarding with the proper training and work ethic (24yrs in the restaurant industry and my favorite part was customer service).
I know the economy is rough right now and everyone around is going up on prices however, I do suggest to stay within the range zone of your cuisine competition.

Food was way too salty. It was awful!

It wasn’t even just one dish. All of them were over salted.
My brother got a tierra caliente burrito, 4 people got chicken cheese and rice, 1 got steak cheese and rice, and I got a ground beef taco salad.
The chicken was tough, also.

I think the burrito and taco salad would have been delicious if it wasn’t for all the salt.
