update on 6/24/25: i believe the cashier profiled my friend based on her race. came in on this 99 degree hot day for tacos. my friend and i sat at the renovated counter and had hospitable service and patience with my broken spanish. tacos here are now $3 a piece and birria tacos are $4. the quesadilla with carne asada was $10. the birria was not my favorite but my friend loved it. the tacos were delicious. i paid at the front, no problem and made friendly conversation about how i ate 9 tacos in one sitting. my friend stayed inside to wait for her uber to the train station on this hot day and i caught the bus. she texts me as i am leaving that the cashier followed her out into the street yelling at her accusing her of not paying. he saw her leave and say thank you and waited til she was out in the street to yell. she told him her friend paid and he said “okay whatever.” i called them about it and they said yeah we checked the cameras and there was a girl who didn’t pay and i said yes i did i paid $46 and you watched us eat a quesadilla and 8 tacos and 3 birria and he goes oh oh oh okay so you paid then no problem and i said i don’t appreciate you yelling at her and he said okay thank you and hung up. unfortunate that me friend and i had such different experiences while dining there at the same time.
old outdated review:
$2 tacos? say less. these taste like home and they’re soooo generous with the portions. well seasoned meat doesn’t need salsa, just lime and cilantro and some onions sprinkled on top. quick service but feels cozy. little market attached for all your favorite signature ingredients, and a meat counter if you wanna take food home. i’m excited to try more items off the menu.

6 Tacos ($2 each), Burrito ($8), and quesadilla ($8)we’re all delicious. The portions are very large and pretty cheap overall ($28)
At the moment, no dining in. Takeout only. The parking lot is a bit small and the street parking sucks. But the food is delicious and while you’re waiting you can do a bit of groceries shopping

Food is always good. The tamales sometimes are dry but taste great. The salsas are flavorful and the guacamole is delicious and excellent.

This is a takeout review. All food is eaten promptly in the vehicle. I had four different tacos and a sope. There was plenty of food for a minimal cost. The tacos were all pretty good, the meat well cooked but I would have liked a bit more flavor. Same for the sope, plenty of food. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 7.9.

Went to place an order for a work luncheon. Juan was helpful and courteous. Bought a steak burrito and huarache (almost gone in the pic ♀️) to go and both were delicious! Large portions as others have mentioned and made on the spot. The catering order for 30 was very reasonably priced. Will definitely visit again!

Had lunch here today and the food was delicious, and made on the spot. I had two tamales de pollo which came covered in lettuce with fresh cotija cheese and served with 2 sides of red and green hot sauce. On top of the kitchen, they have a full deli and supermarket, and seemed very happy to have me there. If you could speak Spanish it would be a plus but the staff was still very kind and helpful. Oh yeah, I’ll be back!
