Moment you walk in there is no customer service. No manners. They are really rude. I bought some “ fresh pan dulces “ didn’t realize there bread was hard as a rock wasn’t able to eat it. First and last time entering this store. El supremo has better bread and good customer service.

Ima keep it short bought this bolillos that felt and looked fresh at the display, got home and open it and realize it was bad. I wouldn’t trust this place to eat their at all if they are selling this things I can’t imagine what goes behind the kitchen. I was also waiting to get attended so I could pay for my groceries was their waiting at least for 15 minutes one lady working at the cashier helping multiple people while the owner who’s a male was just next to me grilling me and flirting with he’s own female co workers, I’m a male and I’m from nyc that just moved to Florida I usually don’t have patience for this nonsense but for some reason I was feeling on bothered lucky me.

Amazing. Finding authentic Mexican food is hard to find. Reading the negative comments, I do not agree with them. The waitress was a delight, sweet and friendly. Everything from the fresh tortillas to the meats were phenomenal.
I wish I could put this place in my pocket and take it to my town! Thank you!

The bakery is across the street , but the baked goods are inside the store. The store also doubles as a restaurant with authentic tacos / breakfast / etc. Great products and customer service!!

Really Good! First time trying this place and I enjoyed it! I ate the other half of the shrimp burrito already but it came with a delicious fresh salsa and tasty chips! I would recommend Tienda El Castillo for a good experience and a healthy choice and I will be coming back again! Thank you!!

Great food and atmosphere. I have been to many Mexican style restaurants in Jacksonville and this place by far is the best. Everything is made with love. The food is absolutely incredible. My son and I come here frequently.

The guy at the front desk doesn’t offer good customer service. It’s a lot of mess at the front desk and showing personal information in the documents of people that have forget items in the store. I visited this store a couple of times, and he gives off better customer service to the ladies and with american people, but not the hispanics. He would treat you with such obvious difference, a little rude in the way he answer when you ask for something. This store also has higher prices in most of the products, I wouldn’t recommend this store. If you think about eating in this store, think it twice, the food don’t have the real mexican seasoning and flavour, and the prices of the food shown in the screens, are not the same at the moment you pay. If you want a better latin store there is many more with better customer service and better prices, ex; pepe’s, la razita etc.

I order 3 steak tacos every time and they say 15 minutes but it takes an hour for my call in order to be ready. On to of that my tacos are never full of meat. Time for a new Mexican spot! They need to improve on service, food quality and order time
