Past experience here was mixed but since the ownership change, things have been consistently good!! The staff is helpful, especially with the coupons! The bread has been fresh each time we have been there and the ingredients were stocked nicely and the preparation area clean. The employees have been so nice and helpful. Very good experience!! My steak and cheese was made to perfection!!! Another visit today since coupons were mailed out! It was another excellent experience. The employees are helpful, very nice, and do a wonderful job preparing one’s food. I appreciate that they make it exactly as you like. My wife likes extra lettuce and that was no issue! The bread was fresh and the food was good. The cookies were nice. It was a good experience. Good job Aledo Subway!! Going to get my daughters coupons from her !!

This was not a great experience. There were 3 young men who were working. My nephew started to order and I had to repeat myself 3 times. One of the young men had to correct the other for what we wanted. As Another young man started helping me, he started to prepare my order, he got all the way to the veggies in my Chicken bacon ranch protein bowl. I asked if he was going to heat it, he responded ko and argued with me as to how it was fixed. I have always been asked if I wanted the meat heated. I couldn’t continue the order.

This location consistently gets mobile orders wrong. When I told them they should really look at the “Special Instructions” section the older gentleman at the counter he turned to the guy that made my sandwich and mocked me sarcastically repeating what I said. Then sarcastically said have a nice day. When I got home I called the store and asked to talk to the owner or I would like their name and number. I am fairly certain that the voice on the other end was they guy who mocked me and said he was the area manager. I wanted to talk to the owners to let them know about the issue so they could fix it because by losing my business they are the ones truly affected. But I was told “we don’t give that information out”. Well the owner is now going to suffer and the rude gentleman I’m sure will have a different job in a few months anyway.

The tables, chairs, floors and bathrooms were filthy. With three people working and not at all busy…. With so few customers there, someone could take time to wipe tables, clean restrooms and sweep???

Never going here again. There was copious amounts of hair and dirt in my fountain drink that was given to me. When I informed the manager about it he offered to get me a new cup and never did and instead started helping another customer so I had to walk out because of how disgusted I was. I was at least expecting a refund on my drink considering I already drank some of it before seeing the hair and dirt. Awful customer service.

Worst Subway I’ve ever been to. It just gets worse and worse. Unfortunately there aren’t many options in Aledo. How could you go wrong with subway? Actually, you can by going to this one. I don’t know what’s worse, the food or service? This is by far the slowest crew and they manage to drop my sandwich every time before I even pay out. The bread was undercooked the last two times, the lettuce was wilted and turning brown. The chicken was very bland and actually tasted old. It almost tasted like bad tuna out of a can. I could only finish 3 inches and I left hungry.

Do yourself a favor and skip this subway and go to Willow Park or Benbrook. Incompetent doesn’t even begin to cover this location. Placed an online order at 6:03 pm says it’ll be ready at 6:20. Show up at said time and they hadn’t even started our order. Finally get our food at 6:30. Get home and it’s wrong. Go back in to have it fixed and they offer nothing for time spent and just the fact it’s completely wrong. AND the guy said “don’t worry. There’s no charge for these”. Guess what happened when we got home? One sandwich was still missing cheese. Save time and go somewhere else.
