Burger, fries and 2 salads, with no drinks $70. WHAT?! This used to be my go to years ago. We ordered a specialty burger and it came with only cheese. We had to go back to get the toppings. They took our burger back to the kitchen. You arent suppose to take things back to the kitchen that leaves a restaurant. Then we got home with salads that we asked no onion. It had double onion, white strong chopped onion that we couldnt even get off the salad. Couldnt taste anything else on it. Sad its gone down hill this much.

I ordered online as I usually do at the other location. Waited for my text for pickup. Arrived and had to wait an additional 27mins. Picked up a $50 order and the only thing edible was the homemade ranch and zucchini fries. The chicken was supposed to be buffalo and lemon pepper. I could see from opening the containers there would be no flavor. Fine I figured I could add more seasoning and just eat them. They were unflavored and undercooked. Never again wasted my time and money. I will stick to the original location.

Got there around 8 pm and ordered our food right away. We noticed it was taking a long time and that some people that came in after us got their food. The server noticed and told us that they were just waiting on one item on our order to finish cooking and it would be right out. It had been about 45 minutes at this point, but we thought ok, it’d only be maybe 5 minutes and we would be eating. We were hungry and it was getting too late to go anywhere else. Around 10 minutes later another lady comes out and tells us they were out of the item my husband ordered. We were flabbergasted that someone would waste our time and night out that way. It was beyond rude. We were there right at an hour and should have been told as soon as our order was put in. What were you thinking? Do you just not care, do you think your time is more valuable. On our way out she said she could give us a gift certificate, but do you really think we would ever want to come back after being treated with such disregard and lack of respect? There is NO excuse for this. We know the order was put in right away, did you not bother to look at it for almost an hour? The place was not busy at all, as a matter of fact we had the impression that maybe yal were closing soon when we got there because of the lack of customers, and the few that were there already had food. There was only one couple that came a while after us and they got their food. So, we don’t care about a gift certificate, we won’t be coming back. I wish I could give you a zero.

I was in awe as I ordered a smash burger that was smaller than a cookout big double burger with absolutely no sear. It almost looked like it was boiled and then set under a heat lamp for hours to dry out, then allowed to get cold before serving. I don’t even understand how a cook could send that out. If the standards are that low there is absolutely no telling what else waits behind the kitchen door. Also the check was wrong….

Love their food and location. However, the service is slow. The waitresses are nice but the kitchen seems to take forever to prepare the food. I am also disappointed that they don’t have a lunch menu anymore.

Blue mold on the bun and a very dry burger. They offered our company a gift card…it’s still at the restaurant. Never again, personally or from a business lunch standpoint.
