Food was cold when it came out. Sitting on the counter for who knows how long. Took forever to get serviced. Table was dirty. Nothing but fat on the lamb chomps. Wasn’t no lobster tails available. Bbq sauce on everything. No zip sauce. Just a bad experience all around. Served the food in half cut to go containers.

The bar was practically empty 12 people there at max. The lady with the bun took our order after we sat at the bar almost 20mins watching them do a bunch of nothing. We asked her twice could we order she told us just a min both times. I watched people come from tables asking to order and they just nodded. We ordered drinks and food. The guys from the kitchen gave us our food. The bartender never acknowledged us again. I figured they must have an automatic gratuity because this level of not caring after the people who visit only comes when your tip is secure. And sure enough after waiting 20mins to order her not coming back to check on us after we got our food none see if we want another drink she drops the bill ad i see that 20%. I wasn’t surprised. As a former server/bartender this new age of automatic gratuity gives then less of a reason to care. I wanted another drink she seemed annoyed. I ordered the same drink as i didnt the 1st time it wasn’t even the same color nor did she give me fruit like the 1st time. Lol these ladies truly don’t care. Terrible service.

It was an impromptu stop. Nothing fancy. But their menu included REAL chicken strips and awesome cut potato fries. Leesa was the BEST server that we experienced in a long time. Music , entertainment was just perfect for the vibe. Leesa you are best!! Highly recommend the Blackberry Blonde Ale.

I understand that Punchline Comedy and North Bar and Grille are 2 separate establishments, however the customers that’s going to Punchline may very well sit in North Bar and Grill until they are seated for the show. The waitress could be more accommodating and welcoming. Just because there’s a 2 drink minimum at Punchline, doesn’t mean we don’t want a drink at North Bar and Grill. Tell your waitresses to not assume anything and be more polite and just simply ask!!!!! This could cost your establishment to lose out on money!!!!!

Food was good, service was blah(which is usually expected when automatic gratuity is applied), and my bill was incorrect.
I have no problem with the automatic 20% gratuity however, the calculations are wrong. My bill was $69 and I was charged $19.39 for gratuity. Final total 93.01. Didn’t want to keep arguing so I kept the receipt for my card company. They offer $5 top shelf. For some reason that didn’t apply to my don Julio. The list includes 1800 instead.

Went for a friends birthday for happy hour. I ordered lamb chops and loaded fries. The fries were cold, barely had cheese, and wasn’t worth what was charged. Waitress and service was cool. Parking is a struggle as well.

Very good food and drinks! The best happy hour I’ve ever had. Our waitress was Bria. She gave excellent recommendations and she was attentive. I gave four stars because the employees drink a little too much for me, and they sit outside most of the time. Also it says masks required, but only the bartender had one on. Have Six “King of the North” make your drinks!

Food was awful & overpriced! SMH they should be ashamed!!! The wings were overcooked & the size of my thumb literally, I’ve never seen anything like it & the two mini egg rolls cut in half are a joke & the drinks are weak, overpriced basically $20 a piece full of ice & automatically adding in high priced gratuity for 1 person is beyond me, & the bathroom’s stink & are dirty… the only thing decent looking is dining/bar area & the parking is terrible! Definitely won’t be back! This place is a rip off with not enough staff
(For reference the 10 micro wings, 2 egg rolls & 2 drinks with & gratuity was $80) smh
