OMG! We LOVED this place. Lovely inside. Food was delicious! We went for lunch and wanted to go back for dinner but timing did not permit. Their bar also looked super inviting. If we’re ever back in Weston we would definitely eat there again! The food was fresh and came out from the kitchen piping hot and ready to eat! The music they had playing was upbeat and pleasant and not too loud. This place would be a perfect place to rent out for a wedding dinner – it was that lovely!

Traveling through with no prior knowledge of this bistro and we were completely blown away with the quality and the flavors of the food. Everything was fresh and quite honestly, amazing. We wish we could take them home with us. Susie, our server was over the top friendly and helpful. Compared to a chain restaurant, there is no comparison. The atmosphere was very, very nice as well. We had the daily special maple bacon bbq fried chicken ( this is honestly one of my top meals ever) and the Hen salad. Exquisite.

From the seared scallops over risotto to the chicken Kiev and buttery spinach, who knew this hidden gem existed in Weston, WV? Pumpkin Tiramisu!?! We didn’t have space after the generous portions for dinner and still bought it anyway.
It did not disappoint.
We will definitely return each time we’re in town.

It actually went over my expectations, is kind of in the middle of nowhere so I didn’t really expect much from it but the food was pretty good, I had a special which was scallops and my husband had the raviolis, everything was good. The dessert was a bit too sweet for me but my husband loved it so if you are around you should give it a try

What a pleasant surprise in Weston! Elegant dining room with small bar. Local microbrews available. Sandwiches are wonderful, but the real treat is bistro fries! The unique sauce is addictive! Haven’t been there for dinner yet, but we certainly plan to try that soon.

I made a trip to Weston today to visit the asylum, and I wanted to eat at a local restaurant. I am not sorry I chose Thyme Bistro. There is not one thing I could complain about. The food was excellent, and the service was great too. The only thing I am sorry about is I don’t live closer. I’d be a regular customer if I did!

The atmosphere of Thyme Bistro was industrial chic and dimly lit for an intimate feel! Jazz music lightly played in the background and the service was friendly and exceptional. The food was outstanding, as were the drinks. A lovely experience all around!
