I ordered Hot Ones Boneless Wings and a second order of Hot Ones bone-in wings with Hot Ones Ranch, Hot Ones Dippers plus the Last Dab add-on for an extra $1. None of the Hot Ones sauces were in the bag. I received Blackened Ranch and Signature Sauce instead, and the Last Dab I paid for was missing. One order that was supposed to be boneless was switched to bone-in, and both wing orders were regular, not Hot Ones or even spicy.
The part that disappointed me most was the interaction at pickup. I was not told that items were unavailable. When I raised the issue, the manager spoke to me with his back turned and offered no replacement or refund. That felt disrespectful.
Please coach the team to notify customers when items are out of stock and to offer a solution at the counter. I have the receipt and a photo and can share them if needed. I hope this location can make it right because I want to remain a customer.

Upon arrival, I was not greeted by staff. After placing my order via the kiosk, I encountered significant issues with the beverage service. I initially ordered a Sprite that tasted like club soda. I alerted your employee, Natalie, that the machine required attention; however, the replacement soda provided was also of poor quality.
When I requested a strawberry lemonade—offering to pay the price difference to ensure a satisfactory meal—Natalie informed me that “something must be wrong with [my] taste buds.” I found this remark highly unprofessional and insulting.
I am disappointed by the lack of service and the disrespect I encountered during my visit. I trust you will investigate this matter and address the conduct reported.

I always come here when I want popeyes and my food is always good. But today was a special day my mom just came home from the hospital and wanted popeyes so I door dashed it for here but I wasn’t paying attention when I submitted my order. I call the store and Ms. Angela answered I asked her to make the changs and she did, it MADE MY MOMS DAY she really looed forward to her meal and she said it was perfect…so mam whoever you are that really made my mom order correct I deeply appreciate it. Give Angela that raise or a bonus she cares and needs to know she is appreciated.

There are a few tables outside where you can eat, but there is no real seating. This restaurant has the kiosks that you can order your food or you can use the phone app. This will reduce COVID exposure when ordering. You can still get freshly cooked chicken here. I like the nuggets and the spicy strips. For a change , I get the 4 piece. overall the chicken is always good. I do recommend

Angie was extremely rude and dismissive. I asked a few simple questions about my meal and she completely ignored me, then responded with a terrible attitude when I asked again. I’ve eaten at many Popeyes locations and have never come across someone this bitter and unprofessional. Customer service requires basic respect and acknowledgment, and that was clearly lacking. Very disappointing experience.

The service is horrible. The manager is very rude. I hate going to this location because they don’t know how to deal with people properly. Last time I went there before tonight I asked for a sweet heat sauce because they did not put any sauce in my bag just ketchup and packets of honey which I never use and she very bluntly said sauce doesn’t come with chicken. It only goes with tenders. I would’ve paid for the sauce if I had to I don’t mind paying, but they’re just so rude in there and I said I was never going back there and I went again because it’s very close to where I live, and I had the same nasty attitude it’s just horrible. I’ve been going to Popeyes two years and they always ask when they’re giving the order if you want any sauce, they never treat people like this but this location is just the worst

This location does not have a drive-thru and there is no dining room. I repeat, you must go inside for your order and will be served at a window. Check out my photos! I ordered through the kiosk machine and took a look around. The back kitchen area appeared to be very clean and tidy. We arrived around 6pm so I did expect to see things a little messy but everything in the kitchen was spotless. The food was ready in a reasonable amount of time and was very tasty when I got home. It would have gotten 5 stars but they forgot to give me the juice with the kids meal. I thought it was in the bag but it wasn’t.
I’ll be back and check the bag next time. I wasn’t thinking because I had fried chicken brains….

How am I just finding out there’s a Popeyes at the Whole Foods Plaza in Davie? I was leaving the Broward Mall and craving Popeyes. I was grateful to discover this location nearby.
This restaurant is only for take out, pick up, and delivery. There are two in store kiosks to take your order and an open kitchen. No tables or chairs. I ordered the new Honey BBQ wings. They came out hot, fresh and crispy. The staff was busy, but they still took the time to wish me a nice weekend.

8/31 Visit- Why do they act like they cannot answer a question or take your order because they have two order stations? Ridiculous! I asked a question about the code on my phone, the female said “I don’t know”. She didn’t even try to see what the issue is. I just left. Not friendly… would not recommend… poor customer service.
