The subs and salads are very good, and they have a wide variety of options. The store is spacious and there is a good amount of booth seating. The brownies are also quite tasty.
That said, I was a little disappointed by the general cleanliness—there were crumbs and pieces of salad on numerous booth seats and one of the employees wiped off a knife covered in mayonnaise and mustard on their apron before cutting my friend’s chicken for their salad.
All in all, this place is worth going to, but I hope they clean up their general hygienic practices and sweep/clean the seating area a bit more consistently.

I mean if you’ve been to thunder cloud then you know… its delicious, (can be) healthy and fast. Great music playing, tasty sandwiches and fizzy drinks. Nothing to complain about.

After placing an online order and showing up 5 minutes after the pickup time, I walked into get my take out order. When I walked up to the “pick-up” counter I was rudely asked my name and was rudely told it wasn’t ready and would be another minute or two. I said that was perfectly fine and went to sit. I saw the guy making pick-up orders place a bag on the counter so I walked over to nicely ask/see if it might be mine and I was rudely told “if you can’t tell we are busy and your order is not ready.” I work in the service industry myself, so I know leaving this review could sting. But at the same time, I work in the service industry. 1. That shop was not busy for the amount of employees working at the time I was in there. 2. No matter how “in-the-weeds” you might be or feeling, it gives you zero excuse to be rude or angry at anyone. I work in very high volume bars and have never for any reason snapped at a customer who was just trying to pick-up an order and even tipped. To the older fella with facial hair and looked and appeared unbathed, get a new job. You sir are what is wrong with our industry and if you can’t handle one hour of business at sandwich shop…good luck anywhere else. Maybe 7-11 is a better option for you.

This is the thundercloud location that we frequent most often.
They’re usually pretty fast, efficient, and friendly when we go.
I have no complaints about the actual sandwich itself. They’re delicious and I recommend the office favorite!
Been trying to eat less carbs, so I’ve been choosing to eat their salads. I will say that if you go later on in the day they don’t have any salads left. This has happened to me at least twice. It’s a bummer but what can you do?
The kids are also huge fans and often ask to go here if we’re having a quick lunch or dinner out of the house.

First let me say that the young lady who made my sandwich was on point! Very polite and made my tuna fish sandwich to perfection! If I walked in again I would ask for her again! Music was great too! The riverside location is always my favorite store!

This is one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a while. It reminds me of a real New York corner store sandwich. I got the Austin Club which is chicken, bacon and avocado and I added veggies and salt pepper oil vinegar, mayo. 10/10. The price is right for $8 as well. I honestly wish they warmed up the sandwiches because I don’t like cold sandwiches, but this was delicious enough that I didn’t mind.

Well, went to try the store closest to me, it was recently redone. The guy making the sandwich seemed super out of it. Made three mistakes on two different sandwiches. We drove down to the store at William canon and Brodie and they took care of us well, as usual.
