I would give this place 10 stars if I could. All of the pastries and bread we had here were incredible, you can’t go wrong! All of the staff were super friendly and they have excellent coffee as well to go along with anything you buy. It’s a must go place if you are in Breckenridge!

EAT HERE. This place is so charming and delicious! The staff is clearly really proud of their food and were telling us about sourcing Colorado ingredients. Their breads and pastries are beautiful, and their coffee was great. Everything was very high quality. Tucked just off the main strip, don’t miss it!

Bakery PERFECTION! Having just returned from Paris we can honestly say that 3-Fold matches any fresh baked croissants that u will find in the neighborhood bistros there. Really top quality. AND we were truly impressed by the Barista who set the highest standards possible for a delicious Latte and Cortado. Seriously don’t miss this place if u find urself in downtown Breckenridge. It truly sets a World Class standard for a Cafe patisseria and artisanal coffees to match ☕️

If you’re looking for an elevated bakery & coffee experience this is your best choice in Breckenridge. You could pick this concept up and drop it in any major city and it would excel- they know what they are doing. If you’re looking for your morning sweet or savory bite with caffeine do yourself a favor and go here. Morning bun, ham croissant, pistachio croissant and quiche were all excellent. Coffee great with espresso drinks made the traditional (correct) way.

Threefold Bakery is a fantastic spot in Breckenridge. I had the turkey sandwich with pesto and it absolutely hit the spot fresh bread, great flavor, and perfectly balanced. On top of that, I had a complicated coffee order and they made it exactly right without any hesitation, and with a smile. The service was friendly, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they care about both the food and the customer experience. Definitely a go to place for a quality sandwich and coffee in town.

Best croissants! Someone knows how to make them right. So buttery and flaky. The ham and cheese had a zest of savory added to the top that was amazing. Cinnamon roll was to die for – ate it before I could get a picture but trust me – yum! Beautiful breads and sandwiches. Will be returning often on our annual Breck trip.
