(no i do not want to reach out via your website form) I ordered an online deal for $25 that included a pizza, garlic bread, and a 2-liter. When I got there, the man at the front desk was rude and said they couldn’t give me the deal, even though it was clearly listed on their own website. I explained that I had placed my order online, but he still didn’t want to honor it. I ended up having to leave because my lunch break at work was almost over. By the time they called me asking if I was still going to pick up the pizza, I was already back at work. Total waste of time and gas. Really disappointing experience. I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, but after this, I won’t be coming back.

I order our food online specifically because of a deal they were offering, upon arrival staff refused to honor our order, they acted like it was our fault and he was being unprofessional and hostile, even though the deal was on their website. If a business isn’t gonna honor there prices and promotions that they advertise, that’s straight up dishonest. I’ve been a loyal customer here at Chowchilla mountain mikes and definitely didn’t deserve this unbecoming behavior from staff.

Wow, just spectacular!! There is a large section for arcade games, many seating areas, and many other great things! The pizza we ordered was amazing, customer service was excellent, and the atmosphere was nice. Me and my family loved the experience. Thank you to all the employees who helped us!!

I am not a pathological complainer, just a truth teller that is interested in saving the hard earned money of the consumer and enlightening you to make informed decisions. This would not be my buffet location of choice and this marks my final visit. Pizzas are rarely placed on the buffet during the buffet. It took two hours for one pizza for 5 adults, 3 different families. By that time, it’s two o’clock. Buffet is over. I guess I didn’t need it, pizza, the occasional comfort food.

I ordered a cliff hanger that’s suppose to come with chips. Last time I ordered it the worker took initiative and baked fries instead. I guess they don’t have potato chips as advertised on the site. Anyway, I ordered the exact same order and when I opened it at the restaurant in front of employee and see no fries or chips. I asked about the chips or fries and they claimed they didn’t have any and the frier is not working. I don’t understand how they can’t call you to tell you that or give a small discount for the inconvenience. I even asked him that.

The pizza here is always amazing, however, I’m posting on here because the company’s app as a whole has faltered. You can only pay online with a gift card. I prefer to pay with a credit card, not to pay in-store. I used to place an order on the app and have my son pick it up on the way home. Obviously already paying for the food on the app. I posted this on the apps review, hopefully, you, as the owner of the store can put in your influence and have them fix their app.

So happy to finally have a local MM! Delicious pizza, very friendly staff, and clean dining area. Arcade area is decent. We rented the small party room for my 8 year old’s party, and everyone had a blast. They allowed us to decorate and pizzas were delicious and made in a timely manner. The staff was AWESOME. This is my family’s favorite local pizza place for sure!

Held our 4-year-olds birthday party here. We were able to reserve the private room in advance and worked with the owners to do a pizza and salad bar for our guests. It turned out brilliantly! Our son and his friends had a blast playing the arcade games. They let us decorate the room. And went above and beyond to make our son’s day great! The food was good and everyone left happy! Can’t say enough good things about this location, the owners and staff were lovely. We would absolutely hold another event here!
