Best chicken fried steak with biscuits and gravy. So yum.

Couldn’t eat here at night as hour long wait.

Also the Google timings are wrong. Breakfast is served until 11. Google says the restaurant opens at 11.

The lunch menu is meh. Teriyaki burger was ok. Onion rings were crisp. They also have hot chocolate.

This place has a great atmosphere. Reservations are recommended. We ended up having to wait about 45 minutes for a table. There was live music, which was interesting, a guy singing opera. I tried the clam chowder for an appetizer and the prime rib special.Next time I would not get the prime rib. It was not cooked well. Beer selection was excellent. The service was fine, I would not consider this a fine dining establishment by any means. As long as you know what you’re getting into I think you will be OK.

A decent place for food while passing through Winthrop.
For starters we had the tater tots which we really enjoyed. It tasted like a spin on a classic bacon potato which was great.
Husband had the classic burger with blue cheese and I had the whiskey chicken burger.

I felt my the whiskey chicken burger was slightly in the dry side I needs a sauce of some sort to give it that extra something. The pretzel bun is great with it but the lack of sauce makes for a dry bite.
The veggie and beef stew was really good.

Finished off with carrot cake which husband really enjoyed.

This place was highly rated so we had correspondingly high hopes. It didn’t live up to the hype for us. It is hunting season and both the restaurant and the bar were full which I think overtaxed the kitchen. We waited too long for our food. Ultimately he food was decent but not worth the wait. If someone in my group wanted to eat here in the future, I wouldn’t deter them but if I’m not itching to go back.

We read good reviews and decided to have lunch here, excited to try a steak. Unfortunately, we learned upon arrival that steaks are only served after 5 PM for dinner. We then opted for hamburgers, hoping for the handmade ones. It took a while for our food to arrive, and it was disappointing—my burger wasn’t warm, and my husband’s chicken was burnt. The staff were friendly, although one wore a very strong perfume, which isn’t ideal in a restaurant. The place had a great vibe and lovely decor.

I’ve been coming to Winthrop for over 30 years and have very rarely had a descent meal at this establishment last night was the worst. I ordered the steak medium got charred, chewy and very well done. If you want to go for the alcohol great however the bartender is just so-so. My waitress was great but very overwhelmed. Tired of giving this place chances.

Very lively old school diner with amazing food! I got a bacon blue cheese burger and it was amazing. Kinda took a while so the waitress gave us half off! Really amazing service that was unexpected. Definitely recommend!

Good service and a fun old timey atmosphere. I had the Whiskey Chicken sandwich with coleslaw. The slaw was delicious as was the pretzel bun. The sandwich didn’t have any condiments or sauce. I put the slaw on it to add some flavor.

In June 2025, we were driving to North Cascades National Park in Washington. Along the way, we stopped in Winthrop, Washington. Winthrop is a quaint Western town with a boardwalk, and it captured our attention. We stopped the car and took several pictures of the buildings along Main Street. We did not specifically stop and order anything at Three Fingered Jack’s Saloon. We did enjoy the Winthrop, Washington scenery, including the Western feel, the Boardwalk, and Main Street. We hope to visit Winthrop, Washington again and stop at the Three Fingered Jack’s Saloon.
