This was my first experience with Thom”s food and I was very, very disappointed. I guess this was a bad night for the restaurant. My husband raved about the food the first time he purchased from Thom’s. My rib tips were hard and over cooked. The meat on some of my tips were as hard as the bone and impossible to chew. It seemed as if they were over cooked. The peach cobbler was the worse i have had. The crust was like dough with no flavor and flavor of peaches was not good.I ate none of it. Not worth the calories. Hopefully, this was a bad night.

If you’re reading this review, than you’re clearly considering eating at this establishment. I can assure you that you are thinking the right thing. If you drive pass this spot with an appetite you are crazy! You literally cannot miss with any food in this place. Not to mention very clean and excellent service as well. Especially great if you like listening to nineties R&B while you enjoy your BBQ like me.

The employees are pleasant from the time you walk in. It was my first time there so they were very helpful. They recommended there smoothie which by the way was delicious. They even allowed me to sample there turkey tips which was so tender. The sauce just top it off. The food was delicious. This is an excellent spot.

Great food, friendly staff. They have a jukebox machine and board games for the patrons. I received a small piece of salmon tho but it was still good. Sides could be in larger proportions too. Overall great restaurant.

They need more professionalism. Be able to receive constructive criticism and welcome change for the better. Too many times they’ve completely drowned the fries in sauce. Drenched. Even when light sauce was requested. Wings tiny like Cornish hen wings. But I must say the food has good flavor. The turkey wings are tender and seasoned well.

All into the restaurant there was a on phone inches away for the counter. We locked eyes she did not knowledge my presences. Another young lady was was preparing someone lemonade she locked eyes with me as well no hello or someone will be with u shorty. As well as the guy preparing food. Bad customer service I was close to walking out. Food is good. Customers is horrible. At least tonight it was.

It was ok, it really lacked flavor so I wasn’t impressed with the meal. I had a turkey tips and fry. The service wasn’t good either they made me feel like I was bothering them by placing an order. Lesson learned I don’t want to bother anyone

This was actually my second time having Thom’s turkey tips, I must admit I’m hooked, so grateful to have a decent restaurant, that has decent friendly workers, decent food, with decent prices. A very nice clean place that you won’t regret eating in or taking food out of, wish them success, I definitely will revisit.
