I went with my family and sister. We had an overall good experience. Our server was friendly, I can’t remember her name, but did get our order right and was pretty straightforward. The food was great. We each ordered a different burger and my daughter had the mac and cheese and a kids burger with fries. The tots were adorable. I’ve never seen Tetris tater tot’s before. I got the Fuego burger and it was definitely nice and fuego. My fiancé got two burgers so that we could split one and I don’t recall what it was called but it had fried mozzarella cheese on it and it was really good. I liked it more than my Fuego burger. My fiancé got the Vitamin B10 and he said it was good and he would order it again. I didn’t get to try the cheeseburger egg rolls because it only comes with 3, but I was told that they were really good and tasted just like a burger. The onion rings were huge and if you’re not a fan of thick onions, maybe don’t order them. My sister isn’t a fan of onions, but likes onion rings. She wasn’t a huge fan of these, however. I was a little disappointed in the alcoholic beverage I ordered because I didn’t taste any alcohol, but the drink was still good. I do wish the chairs weren’t so hard as well, but again, overall great experience. I’ll have to get a grand milkshake next time! 4.5-5 stars for sure! Prices were a bit high, but food was good.

The burgers here were REALLY good. I was surprised. I ordered the one with the egg with a mock meat patty and it was delicious my husband had the patty melt & he said it was also good. Our waitress wasn’t the greatest which is fine as we didn’t really need her much. If in the area again I’d definitely stop back in.

Went with my girlfriend and the Burger was good! Had a nice waitress who was very attentive with us. The only issue we had with our meal was a woman (not sure of her name, they don’t wear name tags) kept hardcore staring at us giving us very uncomfortable and borderline rude looks. I don’t want to assume that it’s because we were both women (though wouldn’t be surprised, she kept rolling her eyes at us and looking us up and down.), she just seemed like she had a bad attitude the entire time. It made my experience unsavory and I’m not sure we will be returning because of it. Also it’s weird we have to buy the fries separately from the burger??

For a new experience it was nice. The over top milkshakes were cute but nothing to write home about especially for the price. All an all the food was pretty decent we had garlic parmesan wings, onion rings, cheeseburger egg rolls and my niece had the tots and chicken tenders. She said they were delicious, the egg rolls were different but good and the wings were wings! I would eat there again.

Burger was really awesome.
The waiter was a snail. Ordered a really messy burger and no napkins were given and he was completely MIA. Spent more time talking to the hostess than the patrons.
Likely a one off but made the whole experience un-enjoyable. I’d give it another try because the rest of the staff seemed competent and the burger was exceptional.

The burger was good….. Dessert was good…. That’s about it. Took an hour to get our food and was still missing fries. Then it took another 30min to get the check after we asked for it. Definitely needs done work still.

Went to BurgerTen with my daughter for a bite to eat last night. The weather was good so we sat outside. It was not very crowded, especially when we first arrived. Got seated immediately. It took about 10 minutes to take our order and after about 30 minutes of waiting they brought the wrong orders for both of us. A manager came over (very nice) and re-confirmed our initial order and they went back and re-cooked it. It was about another 15 minutes. While the confusion on the order and the long wait certainly took points away, once the food did arrive it was very good. We had the Fire Shrimp as well as Mr. B’s chicken sandwich. Both were delicious. I gave them 3 stars for service and 5 stars for food so an average of 4 Stars! I would definitely go back again but I will make sure to clarify the order… especially if there is a language barrier with our server. Once they get it right, they do a great job!

Burgers were good. Fries were not cooked, nor was the bacon on our sandwiches. 6 of us dined in, it was off to a good start, we only waited 20 minutes to be seated. However, once we were sat, our server was absolutely awful, his attitude was extremely poor and none of us appreciated his rude and smart remarks to us when he messed our checks up not once but twice, to a point we finally just gave each other the money we owed to another for having stuff added onto the wrong checks twice. We understand the restaurant is new and there definitely is a staffing shortage but there’s no reason to be disrespectful to your customers. I say if you try this place, try it in a few months when they have all the kinks worked out because it was not worth it coming from 6 people who ate there tonight.

I left a review on Facebook and they deleted it so I’ll post it here. I took my wife, mil, and daughter here after getting Easter pics of my 1 year old at Bass Pro. We made a comment to the waiter that we were there for the milkshakes but wanted to eat first. The waiter took our order and left. 45 minutes go by and we still do not have our food. He also never came back to ask about refills so I went and found him to ask for a refill and an update on our food. He brings the food out 20 minutes later and it’s all cold. We were hungry so we did not complain, but we did ask for dessert menu so we didn’t have to wait another hour for our food. He comes back 15 minutes later with the bill and when I remind him we wanted milkshakes, he then tells us they have been out of ice cream all day. If he would’ve said that when we first brought them up, we wouldn’t have eaten there to begin with. The chicken Mac and cheese had maybe 4 small pieces of chicken, and cost more than the 3 burgers my family got.
