I used to be a fan of THT but not so much anymore. Recently my family and I went to the Exeter one and was sort of stunned by the poor quality food and portions that the waitstaff were trying to pawn off on us. As an appetizer I ordered the nachos. For some reason, the kitchen staff (and obviously management), thought that it is ok to pile a bunch of Sysco chips on a very small plate, put cheese on only the very top, charge $15, and call them nachos.Look at the pic. They look fine coming to your table because the top layer is covered with cheese. BUT IT IS ONLY THE TOP LAYER. There is no layering of cheese like in better restaurants so you are literally paying $15 for 50 cents worth of cheese and 80% bare chips! Since it took me less than 10 minutes to eat the top/only layer of cheese, I was still hungry and ordered a pizza to go. When the pizza arrived it was burnt and dried to a crisp (see pic and trust me, it was much more fried and dried than it looks). I was speechless. Once again, the waitstaff and management though it ok to bring to a customer a very sub-par, poor product. Seriously? They think that’s ok? Where is their quality control? And that’s how they want to present their brand to the community?? I compare that to a restaurant that I went to in Burlington VT recently. My family ordered a couple of pizzas and one came out burnt. The waitstaff brought us the pizza, explained that it had been accidentally over-cooked, and told us that they had already put a replacement pizza in the oven. Meanwhile, if we wanted, we were welcome to eat the overcooked pizza at no cost. NOW THAT IS CLASS. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. A restaurant acknowledging their mistake and owning up to it rather than trying to pawn it off on a customer. The Thirsty Moose management and staff could learn a lot from better, classier restaurants that actually care about the diner’s experience and prioritizing that experience over making s cheap buck.

What a great experience. We were greeted as we walked in. Sat at the bar. Langdon was very friendly and engaging. Tabitha was very friendly and was very attentive. Made awesome espresso martini’s. Jeremy was incredible on the pizza station. This man u can see is passionate of what he does. It shows on how good the pizzas come out.

Underwhelming would be the best word to describe this place. Looks can be deceiving. Most of the food lacked flavor, pizza was blah, fried chick and breaded chicken were blah, Mac and cheese was blah, broccoli was under cooked, tots were luke warm and soggy. However, the star of the show were the steak tips which were perfect and the steak bomb was great, despite the portion size of meat inside which was disappointing considering it was arguably the best thing on the menu. Lastly, our waitress must’ve been having a bad night because she looked like she didn’t care one bit about us which was unfortunate, but everybody has a bad day. Overall just mediocre.

With the increasing prices in restaurants it seems quality is going down and down. This was an online pickup order so cannot rate service as I just walked up to the pickup area. We ordered chicken tenders which were the most dry and overcooked that we have ever seen. How someone would serve these is beyond me. Ribeye sliders were just on a straight bun, not even grilled, buttered, nothing. Meat was mostly fatty gristle with a few strands of barely cooked onions, just sad looking. Prime rib French dip, meat was also fatty gristle on a plain baguette type bread, also not grilled or anything. Each was around $20 which for this quality is just absolutely terrible, will not be going back.

I think this place is pretty good for an average spot with a decent atmosphere and a decent meal. I wouldn’t make a habit of it but all in all our server was really good. They had a large tap selection. The chicken fingers were prob the best thing we had(the only thing I got a pic of sorry). Sliders weren’t bad. My husband liked his sandwich. Def give it a try! Maybe go when they have an event or deals ♀️

It was worthwhile eating here. We ordered ribeye grilled cheese w/ frys and bullwinkle burger w/ garlic butter broccoli. Everything was cooked perfect and was very good. Server very personable prompt. Definitely will be back. It is a sport bar. We arrived at 4 on a Saturday. Plenty of parking and was seated right away. When we left there was people waiting.

Not that busy, went for lunch. Six people in our party and two had to return their meals due to being incomplete or undercooked. Steak salad was fine but had some lumpy lettuce on it, not as fresh. Drinks were good, service was ok but food slow to come out and then sending a couple of them back not fun. Not sure we’ll be back

Delicious burger! Gorgonzola and caramelized onions and light hit of steak sauce. Perfect unexpected blend of savory and sweet. Fries were very crispy and tender inside. Pizza was super yummy! Service was exceptional. Great atmosphere. Definitely a return visit.

Zero regrets about coming here for Mother’s Day! We ordered Fried Pickles, Hangover Burger, Mediterranean Wrap with Grilled Chicken, Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese, Kids Grilled Cheese, and a Kids Cheese Pizza. Every item we ordered was delicious! Our server Crystal was wonderful! We will definitely eat here every time we are in town. Highly recommend! If we could give more than 5 stars, we would.
